Arrived to the store during business hours and greeted by a locked door. Second time this has happened. I won’t be using this company or sending anyone here again. What are business hours for if you’re not going to be there?

I completely agree with Colette K! Community Roots should NEVER use this place again. I am not sure how they are still in business! I have been waiting for size M shirts for my son since August!!! Every time I call them, they are somehow «out of stock!» WTH??? I have called every time they were supposed to «get a new shipment» and every single time, they run out!!! I even spoke with their office person and told her my situation. She conveniently forgot. Please, CRA, let’s find a new shirt provider next year!

I am clueless as to why Community Roots Academy chose this place, it takes almost a MONTH to get uniform shirts, I don’t understand why they outsource (Outside of USA) to get shirts. I have always been in schools where you can walk in, buy the uniform and go home. I ordered 4 weeks ago and NOTHING. My kids have ONE shirt for every day and cannot get a single darn top for their school. This is so horrible and inconvenient to mothers! Why can’t they make USA made items, they are not even cheap, I pay the same price at your regular uniform shops. Still clueless. This should be easier, not harder for us parents. We were accepted into CRA in mid August and had no idea we wouldn’t have uniform tops for our children. AGH.

I just purchased the hat, that was tailored made that so exceeds my expectations that I suppose like most of us, the message we wear on our clothing or hats signals our attitudes, things were proud of, or loyal to like a sport team. In my case it is the my favorite title above all others that I had during my career. It is in Hawaiian «Kapuna Kane Skip» which are the words for Grandpa Skip. What better way to honor my role and purpose in life than by letting others see what matters to me especially my granddaughter and grandson, perhaps they will have a good memory of who I was in their lives growing up. Perfect adornment to express things felt in the soul. Connie I am grateful for your company and your wonderful sense of style, color and ability to make it all come together. Mahalo nui loa. Skip

I only give reviews whenever a merchant is awful or superb. I am happy to exclaim the later in the case of Image Embroidery. I used this shop to embroider my company logo on 3 trade show shirts. They were everything I could ever want — a very competitive price, delivered when promised, were flexible and more than professional. I kept on changing requirements and Connie was more than gracious. I would not hesitate using their services again.

I needed some shirts for my company but as I am a small business I had no graphic designer. Connie said, «no worries just bring me the graphics of your logo in a hi-​res file and we may be able to help!» Sure enough she did. Her graphics guy threw together a really cool t-​shirt design and I had them a few days later. My employees really liked them too. Very classy little company — just the type of top notch service I would hope for!

Wow! Unsurpassed customer service, amazing team of talented creative artists and fantastic turnaround time! Connie, the owner, kept me informed about the status of my order; a unique, one-​of-​a-​kind tallit (Jewish prayer shawl). When I received the finished product, I was overwhelmed over its beauty. The workmanship was outstanding, but truly, it was the mom n’ pop shop feel that I got from this place, the individualized attention I received, that made me a huge fan of Image Embroidery. I will definitely be back and I’m bringing’ others with me!

We run a small business and outsource our embroidery. We took a small project in to be embroidered to see if this shop could accomodate our needs.
We returned 1 week later and it had not been finished. We gave them another week and when we went in, it still had not been done. We asked when we could expect it to be finished and the receptionist told us she did not know.
We returned 2 weeks later and the project was still not completed. At that point, we took our item back. Had this been an actual customer’s order, we would have lost the business for sure.
We will continue doing business with The Shirt Cannery in Mission Viejo, CA. Their work is reliable, turn around time of less than 2 days.
I cannot speak to the quality of work this shop does as after one month, they still could not complete a simple 10 $ embroidery.

A recommendation from my fabulous dry cleaners, this place is located in the same shopping center/​strip mall as the 24 Hour Fitness off of Aliso Creek.
A small, seemingly Mom & Pop shop, I walked in, needing to get my lab coat embroidered.
It took about a week and looks perfect! They do all kinds of embroidering plus screen printing, team uniforms and corporate logos (as per their business card).
Definitely recommend!
FYI: When turning off of Aliso Creek Road, make the right into the shopping center, then a quick left. It is behind the State Farm (or some kind of insurance agent). The door actually opens back towards all the back doors of the other businesses. Hope that helps! :)

So last summer, my daughter and I went to Walt Disney World with a couple friends and we found a crazy picture of all of the Disney Princesses making funny faces and picking on one another and we thought how fun it would be to have tshirts made with the picture on it with Girls Night Out ~ WDW 2007 on the back. I looked around on the internet to have it done and everything was so expensive. Then I discovered this business and they were fantastic! I was able to email her the picture and told her what I wanted through several emails with Tami Clingan, the owner. I told her that we needed the shirts on a rush basis and she more than accommodated our request!!! I was able to pick up the tshirts and it only cost around $ 60-​$ 80 for 4 shirts, not too bad at all!!!
If we ever have the need for custom tshirts, we will definitely go back!!!
