KFC

..food was ok. dinning room was too cold. ac was on blast. I was not impressed with Nashville chicken. its regular chicken n they drizzle it with some oil for the nashville taste… lol. service was shitty. they handed my order to me it was missing part of the order. no utensils.had to keep getting up to fix things they messed up. I wasnt mad tho. its kinda what you expect from.kfc.

Finally I cannot take the continuous incompetence of the employees here at this location. Forget all the other times they got my order wrong, forgot my drink, etc. this is about the order I placed through the drive-​thru today at 732pm. Ordered 8 pieces of Original thighs to only be told «no, they can not fulfill that request, but half thighs and legs». Fine. What did I get? 1 thigh, 6 legs, 1 wing-​what? What part of my order did the individual NOT understand? No more mess ups that I can forgive. I called the corporate office and the store to find out no manager on duty. Well that says a lot already. Plus the person failed to give me my receipt. Really? How hard is it to work at a KFC? Please go back to school, training or FIND ANOTHER JOB! I’m over this location and KFC.

All bad. Food was so sad. Both employees were creeps and charged me an extra 6 $ meal. Refunded me, brought my girls food. And completely forgot my food. Had to ask for that. Then had gravy on the potatoes i asked
For no gravy on. Ended up with two extra cups of mash potatoes i cannot use.

KFC sells the most delicious fried chicken. I dine at the location in Lake Forest and Laguna Niguel at least once a week. I always order the $ 5.00 original recipe meal with mash potatoes and gravy.
The service is always excellent, although like many fast food places the cleanliness of the dining areas and bathrooms is not a priority.
They are always more worried about the drive-​thru window, sometimes even neglecting the front counters.
What both these locations have in common are the bathrooms. They smell and are filthy. Bathrooms need to be checked hourly and cleaned.
The pictures are specific to this location, the men’s urinal has been out of order for over a month! Someone even added the word «STILL»
I came in tonight and notice the bathroom urinal was fixed and very clean! The service, cleanliness, and food were excellent.

I went thru the other day to try the $ 5.00 chicken wing and thigh box. It wasn’t good, and as a result 24 hours later, I am now battling nasty gastroenteritis. UGH!

Clean inside and out. Friendly staff. It’s KFC! What is thr not to like?! Biscuits were rock hard! Ordered $ 20 family feast w/​crispy chicken bucket, slaw, mashies & gravy, Mac N cheese and biscuits. Great deal! EZ in and out!

This is consistently the worst KFC I have been to. I am going to post a picture of the hot wings which were absolutely disgusting.

Food was great got the 5 Dollar Menu love this. Zack was great he greeted all the people that came into KFC 5 Star Customer Service. Please go here and eat :)

Service was pretty good considering mostly teenagers working there. The food here is what you expect from any KFC so it was a nice change when you compare it to the area where things are quite pricey. The building itself was pretty small and run down. The ceiling was leaking and falling apart when we had some rain but they did make an attempt to fix the problem.

This drive thru is the saddest excuse for a KFC. Countless times the soda tastes like seltzer, flavorings aren’t added in or barely added, food is missing from your order, they can’t hear you through the speaker.
If you absolutely must go here to satisfy your fried cravings, make sure you go inside, or pass.

We swung by last night to get some fast food after a long business trip. I swear, these people seem (generally) under the influence of marijuana. This time the order microphone didn’t work. Other times, there has been 15 min + wait (with no one else in the drive thru). This place takes the fast out of fast food. Absentee owner? Bad management?

First off, I’m giving this particular KFC a single star based if of the 5 total visits in the last 5 years. Each time I go to this restaurant no matter what time of the day it be, they are out of original recipe chicken. It just so happens tonight it was at 9:20pm, 40 minutes before closing. When I first drove up to the drive-​thru, you could see teenaged employees chasing each other around the restaurant goofing around within the dining area. I’m assuming the dining area was closed at this time. I get to the menu and order a 2 piece meal original. The cashier hesitates and I can already sense the problem as my past experiences. He continues to take my order, so I think all is well. When I get to the window the kid explains to me that… Can you guess… YUP out of original recipe! He informs me the reason is they are in the process of cleaning up to close soon and that the chicken is everywhere right now. Mind you there was no chicken in the heat lamp area… So he begins to offer crispy just like all the other times in the past. So I say that’s fine. I’m assuming he got the chicken from the back in a pan somewhere so they would be able to clean the kitchen area early. 40 minutes before closing is ridiculous not to have hot chicken. This franchisee really needs to look over video once in a while to see how their business is operating. I’m done with this place.

A typical fast food place but I would say the food is above average however, it is less clean than other fast food places and I rarely see them try to keep it clean.

Worst KFC ever I gave this place a second chance but both times chicken was last night left over greasy and soggy. Either the franchise is going bad quick or its this place. Dirty bathrooms.

I called this KFC before I left my house. I ordered on the phone and asked if I could pick up at the drive-​thru. The KFC employee answered all my questions.
I didn’t want to go out as I have a bad cold. Going thru the drive-​thru was awesome.
I got the 2 for the price of 1 — 2-​piece meals with the OC Register Sunday Paper Coupon. $ 6.00 for 2 complete, delicious meals. I ordered one grilled and one original recipe with 4 different side orders. The meals came with biscuits.
I don’t normally order biscuits. I am glad I did. Drive-​thru employees all spoke English well. This is important to me. I will not go to non-​English speaking
restaurants here in Orange County. I can tell the manager/​owner cares
about giving the best KFC meals served by very-​good, smiling employees.
I will definitely go to this restaurant again.

The last two times i have gone, they were out of the grilled chicken and told me i would need to wait at least ten minutes for more… not very convent so i always just switch to the fried. The servers are frey friendly and always get my rider right, and the food is usually fresh, but if you come later in the evening you might get a soggy breast or thigh.
The drive through window has the most horrible smell, every time i go there. it has turned me off from coming back to this place.

I have’t had Kentucky Fried Chicken in years and was craving a biscuit and mashed potatoes this afternoon. I gave in and ordered the strips, mashers and biscuit meal. The kid taking my order at the service window was very nice and curteous. You don’t get that anywhere except the good ol south oc, (and of course stay at home moms spending their husbands cash in big ol suvs right?). Anyways, happy to have KFC here and will come back.

The kids that service at this place are awesome!!! Very clean stablishment as well. :)

It’s a KFC. I used to live right near this KFC 12 year ago, and it was terrible. Just tasted like the staff did not give a damn. I stopped by the other day, because my teenage son was asking for KFC, and it’s the closest one. The improvement is amazing! The chicken was hot, fresh, tasted like something I would make at home. The staff was attentive and friendly.
So, if you want some fried chicken, go here.

Starbucks closes at 9pm and this place closes at 10pm. Very very nice ppl, great service. Popcorn chicken! BBQ +hot sauce + starbucks
VERY AWESOME SERVICE. I don’t think I’ve ever been to a KFC or fast food joint with that awesome of service.
Food: Its KFC, so eh? Popcorn chicken is filling but more bread than meat.
