Levene’s Pro Steam

William is an amazing person and professional! It would be a lie if I said that I only care about the quality of the product or service, because I equally value giving my business to people who are personable, friendly and good-​hearted! William was professional, kind, and did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and sofa. We knew we were moving out of our apartment soon, and he got the carpets looking better than they were when we moved in. He worked quickly and they turned out spectacular! The price was very affordable and his quality of work was fantastic! I honestly think my couch looked better after he was done than it looked when I bought it! William allowed me to ask questions about the products he uses since I have two small children with health issues. He answered all my questions and was very accommodating to our needs. I felt reassured as a mom to know that he was using safe products in my home. I will continue to use William at Levene’s Pro Steam for all of my carpet and furniture steaming needs.

I had a rental showing and my tenant left just the night before, and William’s employee at Levene’s Pro Steam was able to come in that day and perform the work for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I’m really impressed. I have oriental carpets, hardwood floors, three dogs and a cat. The carpets were very dirty and now they look like the day I got them. It’s a small company so the actual owners did the work and it was such a plus to have someone who actually cares about having happy clients.
