Pacific Tile

I just bought a two story, loft style condo. The floors were hideous, a combination of tile, dirty, yucky carpeting and linoleum.
I hired Ray and his crew to install dark, hardwood floors throughout. They are stunning and amazing to look at. I cant believe how gorgeous they are. People come over and the first thing they notice are my beautiful floors.
I had the wood installed everywhere: living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathrooms, stairs and closets. The contrast with my stark white walls is unbelievable and the workmanship and attention to detail that his guys used is flawless. Ray was recommended to me by the man who I purchased the flooring from and I couldn’t be happier.

our new place has a humongous master bathroom (it’s almost the size of the master bedroom). and i don’t know what the former owners were thinking, but it had a wood floor (imagine all the water damage, not to mention how aesthetically unpleasing to the eye it was).
pacific tile (the owner’s name is «ray») did a beautiful job converting our bathroom to a travertine floor – i LOVE our NEW bathroom! :)
i first saw ray and his crew working on my neighbor’s place (replacing marble to wood floor) and liked their workmanship. however, i hired him because (1) he responded to my inquiries (either by phone or email) in a timely manner, (2) took time to deliver samples multiple times (despite the fact that the business is located in laguna niguel and i live in los angeles), (3) and he had a competitive pricing (well, it was a little bit higher than one other place i received an estimate from).
lastly, of the three contractors i had to deal with this time around (namely, the painter and a carpeting guy), ray really was the most pleasant to do business with – he was professional, straight forward, and delivered what he promised, ON TIME. and of course, as i mentioned above, they simply did a marvelous job with our bathroom flooring. :)
