The times are wrong on Unilocal.They don’t open until 10:30am…and when they do open, nothing is ready. Times on the door says it opens at 10:30am…yet the restaurant isn’t ready to operate until 11:30am. The girl with heavy eyeliner asked why I was taking pictures… ugh to show everyone how unprepared you are… and as I walked up from the parking lot, 10 minutes before opening, I saw 3 people sitting around on the table doing nothing… which is probably why most of their tray’s were empty upon opening… and the portions are much smaller than other Panda Express’.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I contacted the Corporate Office regarding my experiences at this location and hope they will respond. I still see people lined up here and that’s their choice. The food quality is ok, not great, just ok. You shouldn’t have to wait for your online order to be ready 10 – 15 minutes past the pickup time. They never comp you anything when items are missed from your order and you have to drive across town to pick it up. However, last night was the worse. I was questioned extensively in front of everyone if I or someone from my home had already picked up my order. I was furious and insulted. I kept telling them NO, and they kept asking anyway. They were not very tactful in the way the situation was handled.

Been eating at Panda for many years. Love the food. Only one catch. Recently Panda obviously sized-down their styrofoam entrée meal boxes and take out boxes = sizing down of portions for patrons. Pretty disappointing. Sent a message off to Panda Restaurant Group in Rosemead.
Keeps it at 4 stars instead of 5…

This panda is smaller than other locations and is right next to Golden Spoon. Food taste the same as other pandas and is hot when served. It’s weird how the employees seem more enthusiastic than the manager (or maybe he was the shift lead).
Honey walnut shrimp is the best thing there, but it’s $ 1.00 more. Chow mein is just stringy.
Panda Express is just okay. I do like getting good fortunes from their fortune cookies though.

If your looking for something healthy, Panda Express is not for you, it’s good for stomach filler, but if your looks by for heather food, go somewhere else

Panda Express is a great restaurant but slow service sometimes. My mom was waiting for 15 minutes for her meal. But the food is still great. The staff gave us a free drink because of the time.

I come here ince in a while Always get a twio piece meal and it is always good and a good value. Today i went and while the food was good, the portions were smaller and the entries where mostly vegetables with very little meat. Maybe it was just an off day, but if it is the norm something has changed in the wrong direction. If they need to increase the price… fine don’t just reduce the value

I’ll hit this Panda when I want «faster food» that fresh and healthy. Sure sometimes you’re at the bottom of the tray, but I just ask for a fresh batch and wait. This is a smaller location, but Panda in general has really stepped up their game. In larger locations you can see the big transparent tubs filled with fresh vegetables. Part of me likes how they are constantly introducing new dishes like the spareribs, which are quite tasty, but the other part of me hates to see great dishes like the Kale Chicken disappear.
I haven’t had a problem with rude servers copping attitude like some of the reviews below. It’s amazing though how attitude reflects attitude, and friendliness breeds friendliness. Try it, it works.

I went in the store no more than 2 minutes before they closed (google maps said they weren’t closing for another hour), and Kaila went above and beyond to get our order just right and she was very pleasant to deal with. Food was freshly made and delicious. Thanks Kaila :)

I would have left a 0 star if there was an option. Worst customer service by the workers and manager was there and didn’t not say a word. We ask to see what the small med and large size looked like and the worker was extremely rude and was being condescending when showing the sizes. Never again avoid this place is possible!

Came in on Sunday 8:21pm a lot of empty trays, the food looks dry and old plus they give small portions. The employees are not friendly. I won’t go back to this Panda Express location.

What a joke.
I walked through the door at 9:34 and the man looked at me with zero sympathy and said «we’re closed» I replied «Oh, what time did you close?» Answer: 9:30. Really? I’d just got off working, was exhausted and never had anything to eat. I walked over to Chipotle, who also closes at 9:30 and got a burrito. I’d never want anyone who turns down business over 4 minutes to work at my establishment… what a sad work ethic. NEVER GOING BACK, PERIOD.

Not good at all. I like panda but this 1 was Wack !!! Food was nasty and old .
The chicken was hard and the rice was burnt. Waisted my money when in was hungry. Next time I’ll go to Mc Donald’s
