I came in T-Mobile today with an unusual problem on my phone. We all know salespeople always say«yes» in order to get a sale, but Kim knew her stuff. I asked if I could get a tablet plan on my phone since I never use the voice part but she said that I wouldn’t be able to text message. All the others I’ve talked to weren’t exactly sure, some said there would not be a problem but Kim was detailed in her explanation. I am impressed. With my unusual situation, she had to call T-Mobile and was patient(despite being put on hold by them quite a few times). It was no fault of her own but she went all the way. There was no pressure from her to sell me anything, she was there to help me out and I really appreciate it!

The only time T-Mobile wants to help a customer is when they’re making a sale. I don’t like writing bad reviews, but T-Mobile has really crossed the line. I’m extremely disgusted with how the staff at the fraud department and this location has treated me. T-Mobile used my social security number on someone else’s account and all I asked was to have this issue resolved. I did the necessary steps in making sure my social security was taken off this other customers account and not one person said«I APOLOGIZE miss, let me look into this matter and fix this mistake T-Mobile has made» not one. I even understood that this could’ve been a typo. A user error made by T-Mobile. I was placed on hold for a total of 2 hours. I was even hung up on at one point. I was told 2 different things by 6 people at different times. Finally, after finally speaking to a supervisor I was told that I would just need to bring a copy of my social security card, go into a T-Mobile store and have them call the fraud department and have them fax over the copy of my social and ID. I went to this T-Mobile store where I was assisted by a young guy who obviously lacks in customer service. I remember his name but I wouldn’t want to bad mouth him on social media because I actually have respect for others, unlike him. I explained to him the situation and advised him what needed to be done. I told him to call the fraud department and they’ll give him the fax number. He calls the fraud department and they told him something completely different and he just takes their word for it and disconnects the call. I was livid! I just explained to him that he’s going to see two issues with my social and there’s going to be confusion on my account. What does he do?! Nothing. He just keeps talking over me and not listening to a thing I’m telling him and pretty much turned me away because he said he can’t help me. His exact words«I can’t help you». Wow T-Mobile. I’m truly disgusted in the way you folks treat people. I work in customer service and if my company messes up I apologize and fix the mistake we made. I don’t give the customer hassle or trouble for our mistake. Not one person helped me. Not one. I would never treat my customers the way T-Mobile has treated me. My mom had two active lines with T-Mobile and have been a customer for 7 years. We cancelled our lines because of this. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap mobile service. And cheap quality in service.

I am so pleased. The gentlemen in this store are so helpful and patient. Christopher is the person who usually assists me. He takes the time to explain and show me how to do things and always shows me a new feature on my I phone. Having this T-Mobil store close to home saves me numerous trips to the Apple store in the mall. Thank you again for such excellent customer service.
