Any workout must be combined with good nutritional habits to achieve maximum results. As a 65 year old prostate cancer survivor, I have spent the past year trying to put together a complete program that incorporates fitness and nutrition. The Perfect Workout has been a part of this program for the past year. The facility is an eight minute drive from my house, so the entire workout takes less than 45 minutes out of my schedule twice a week which is extremely efficient. I was somewhat fit when I started the program but have lost five pounds and replaced body fat with muscle mass during this period. I believe the Perfect Workout is great as a part of a total plan, but I would not count on any miracle results from just doing this workout alone. I supplement with 4 hours of beach walk cardio per week and a high protein, low carb diet of around 2500 calories per day. With this program, I have maintained a weight of around 185 lbs. on a 6’1 frame. In this context, I give the Perfect Workout 5 stars. The trainers are great and push one to his or her limit. I plan to continue with the program as a part of an overall regimen.

I just love The Perfect Workout. I have been a client since January 2011. At this point I have lost 25 lbs, 2 dress sizes and 17 inches. I feel fantastic and my quality of life has been greatly improved. I am stronger than I was in my 30’s. The trainers are great. I have back and neck issues so it is important for me to have my trainers there to ensure that I achieve muscle fatigue and stay in form so I don’t hurt myself. The trainers are so knowledgeable and are very motivating. They really care about their clients progress. I look forward to my workouts 2 times a week for 20 minutes.
