Do not use this company unless you get your quote in writing. We received a quote for Christmas Lighting installation of $ 165. Then after the guy did the installation, they told us that there was a $ 50 charge for taking the lights down. Take down was specifically included in our verbal quote but on site they said they we had to pay more. We feel totally ripped off.

I had Total Perfection come out to my house to pressure wash it and clean the windows. They did a great job and were very careful. There was one stain on my stucco that they could not remove because they didn’t want to take the paint off. I appreciate a company that actually cares and doesn’t just hurry through a job to get it done. They are very fair priced and showed up when expected. Highly recommended.
