I recently contacted A Special Touch to send flowers to my mom who is vacationing in Maui. The flowers and the service were awesome! They were able to process the order and deliver the same day with short notice! I wasn’t certain what to send and asked them for their guidance. Their recommendations were great and my mother couldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the flowers were. Great Job!

Beautiful flowers. We were lucky to get two beautiful leis for friends’ impromptu wedding (yes we were informed at the brunch the day of). Just an advice: if you have something special in mind, it would be better if you call and order in advance. But with our situation, we were glad that they have some in their fridge (not many, really; but we found two that would work). I promise anything they have here is way better than the ones you find at Long’s or Safeway.

LeeAnn is awesome. Placed two orders to send flowers to local family members. She didn’t have the flowers in stock on the day I called for the arrangements I first picked from the website. She asked for back up choices, but offered to make some phone calls for the requested flowers. She found them and delivered both orders within 24 hours. I’ve only seen them via pictures, but both recipients are thrilled, and the pictures look amazing.

We were married this month in Napili and were delighted with the quality of the leis A SPECIAL TOUCH FLORISTS provided for the event! The girls wore orchid leis with matching flowers for their hair, the men wore ti leaves and My new husband and I wore the kukui mock orange leis. The service, pricing and quality of the product was outstanding! Thanks again!

I have to say I was not impressed with «Special Touch» service. I realize it’s a small island and that wedding flowers (a single bouquet to hold, at least) are not like buying a bouquet at Safeway, but I got much better service from another flower shop in Napili.
First: Special Touch is only open for short times of the day (island hours, you might say), so it’s definitely not a «store to use in a pinch».
Second: While they told me that «it’s impossible to get a bouquet in a day, or even same-​day», yet I found other places that COULD. Since the island is small, I would have hoped that they could have at least given me some suggestions on faster turn-​around places as opposed to telling me I was out of luck.
So, I cannot speak to their flowers or arrangements, but in a pinch, they weren’t the most helpful flower vendor… sorry.
Other people seem to have had good luck with 1-​day or same-​day flowers here (according to the other reviews), so my experience may just be an isolated event.

Just ordered an arrangement this morning to surprise my wife for our 12th wedding anniversary. Since they are closed tomorrow (Sunday), our anniversary, they rushed to get the arrangement done and delivered within 2 hours of my call. Well done, and an absolutely beautiful tropical arrangement too my wife can enjoy all week! Please give these folks your business they won’t let you down!

A-​MAZING! Beautiful flowers; better than pictured on their website! LeAnn was great to work with. Quality product, excellent customer service, everything delivered exactly (or better) than promised for our Maui wedding and at half the cost of other Maui florists that I talked to. I dealt with a lot of vendors on Maui and on the mainland for our wedding and hometown reception and I can say with no hesitation that A Special Touch was the only vendor who delivered at 100%. THANK YOU for this worry-​free experience!

At the very last minute (3 hours before the wedding), we decided to do a lei exchange during the wedding ceremony. Alas, it was Lei Day in Maui and he was sold out of ALL his leis but three or four. We found two that totally worked and the owner was fantastic. Had we been doing a large wedding with tons of flowers, I wouldnt hesitate in using A Special Touch.

A Simple Touch has to be THE most phenomenal florist I have ever been to. My sister was getting married on Maui, and we needed to buy some leis for the fathers and her bouquet.
The florist at A Simple Touch helped her select a simple and beautiful bouquet that matched the one in her dreams.

I had a client in Lahaina for a 50th Anniversary. I called A Special Touch to order flowers for their special occasion and did not want any disappointments. I read Unilocal reviews on A Special Touch, and yes the reviews are dead and feel they warranted a 5 star rating.
I called and LeAnn picked up the phone to take my order.
I had gone through the website and selected «Maui Assortment «. She was great I gave her the details — the hotel to deliver what I wanted, and she took my card info and the process was smooth and easy.
My clients received the most beautiful bouquet of tropical flowers — and they were all LeAnn said they would be and loved the arrangement.
The pictures of the flowers on their website are the actual arrangements and the are perfectly arranged and delivered, and no skimping on flowers.
If you’re in Maui I highly recommend them due to my experience. They are very customer service oriented — professional and LeAnn was a pleasure to work with.
