I have been a mountain resident for 30 years & went to Rumors hair salon today for the first time as Shannon Roesler does my daughters hair. I was beyond pleased with the professionalism of Shannon & the absolute perfect hair color & style. She exceeded my expectations & my hair looked exactly how I had hoped, which is the first time this has happened. The salon is clean, everyone there was so nice & accommodating, I give the highest recommendation to this salon & will refer all my friends to Shannon & the wonderful staff at Rumors salon in the Lake Arrowhead Village

I love all the ladies here! Very experienced and they listen to what you want :) Weddings are always fun here and they do great updo’s. I get my hair done by Shannon, and she’s my fav!

I’m a somewhat regular customer (I’m not that disciplined!) but the service has been great. I’ve had a color correction and added a color weave and a cut. Magnificent! Will continue to be a customer!
