We were at Hollywood Studios and decided that we wanted a nice sit down dinner that would not break the bank. I went to the Disney Experience app to looked for places that had a dinner reservation open & we totally lucked out! A short bus ride and we were there. The place is exactly as advertised it looks like a pub and grill at a nice country club(I’ve never been to a horse race), they sat us by the window overlooking a pond so we’re could watch the storm that was coming in(it was all over with by the time dinner was complete — it is Florida after all) The service was awesome. I wish I could remember her name! She was friendly, professional and very attentive. I ordered the habanero lime margarita which was very tasty. We split the mussels and buffalo chicken wing dip to start. The mussels were awesome, served with a nice crusty bread to sop up the juices. The chicken wing dip was spicy, with lots of shredded chicken & served with potato chips that were amazing. My husband and I split the spiced rub pork lion cooked medium. The spice rub gave it a really nice kick. The meat itself was very juicy and extremely tender. The bean were served crisp, exactly like I like them. The mushroom risotto was out of this world. Exactly what risotto should be! We finished the meal with the chocolate torte cake. It was very moist, dense and delicious. The ice cream it was served with was the perfect compliment. This was our first time here but certainly will not be our last. This was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had while at Disney, it is absolutely going into the rotation!

We just had a wonderful dinner at the turf club bar and Grill at Saratoga Springs. The drinks I had were out of this world including the Saratoga Cocktail and the mint julep. However, our server, Max, was knowledgeable, delightful, and made the entire dinner an experience to remember.

Food was spot on! Pasta dish with shrimp was top notch. Service was prompt and very courteous. Ambiance was amazing with Disney springs waterway right in front of us. This is a hidden gem in Disney!!! Oh, and if you like bourbon, try the smoked turkey cocktail… WOW! And, make sure to ask for Ilham. She’s wonderful!

I cannot say enough about this restaurant. We usually stay at Saratoga Springs and we’ve made it a tradition to eat here the first night. #1 rule You need to get the mashed potatoes. Best mashed potatoes I have ever had!!! They have yummy rolls, steak, salmon, and desserts. I have no complaints about anything I have gotten. The artichoke dip appetizer and calamari are awesome! Service has always been good too. Do not bypass this place! So far on this vaca we have eaten here, Fultons crab house & Chefs de la France and turf club is winning in taste and price!

This was one of the better restaurants we got to experience. While not the best food in any way, our options are limited staying at the Tree House Villas. We came here twice during our stay and were pleased with the results. It’s a bit pricey, but worth checking out if you’re sick of the standard fare. The food was a bit bland, but the life saver was their Coconut Elixer(coconut water + juices). After walking all day in 100+ degree heat it was a much needed drink.

I don’t understand the bad reviews on here. We went to the turf club twice during our stay at Disney. Both times the food was delicious and interesting. The service was also friendly and efficient. Over the 2 meals we had the prime rib, crispy chicken breast, daily fish which was a seared white fish, turf club pasta, pork tenderloin, and the lamb chops. They were all very well cooked and delicious. As a courtesy, At one point, before any food came out, a manager came over to apologize because they had accidentally over cooked my moms fish and they were making her a new one. She didn’t have to do this as the new one came out 3 mins later we never would have known. Desserts were also very good especially the bread pudding and apple cranberry crisp. Again we were very pleased with this restaurant.

We had a really nice dinner here. Sat outside, had a a great server, and enjoyed some yummy food. We all had an appetizer and entrée, and all was really good. I started with the onion rings, and yum yum! Loved the choices on dipping sauces, but was sad that my dining partners took my onion rings! I guess we will be ordering an additional order next time! I had the prime rib for dinner, and it was cooked perfectly. Definitely check it out!

The food was excellent and the service was off. I had the fish of the day and it was delicious with a sautéed spinach and jade rice pilaf. Others in my group had the pasta, salmon and salad of the day and everyone raved about the food. The service was odd. The restaurant was freezing cold so we asked to sit outside so we could enjoy our meal comfortably. The host informed us that the patio was full and they couldn’t accommodate us. A lady walking by overheard and told him that it was ok, maybe a manager. Anyway, we were seated outside and they had mostly empty tables so not sure what the deal was. If they were closing the patio, they should have told us that instead of making excuses about being full. The waiter was friendly and gave thorough answers to our menu questions but the food was slow to come out of the kitchen. Based on the quality of the food, I’d give them another try.

Pretty pricey, but good portions. I shared an order of mussels as an appetizer, which were pretty good. For the main dish, I had the shrimp pasta, which was mediocre; pretty bland and not enough flavour. I felt like I could’ve made the same thing at home without the high price.

Very pricey for what you are getting, even by Disney standards. Room acoustics make it so you can’t have a conversation. Oddly located. Food was good but there are better choices for less money. The biggest thumbs down came in the form of service, which was very slow, though we came at a time that was not busy.

Don’t waste your money here. I ordered my appetizers about 15 mins prior to putting our entrees in and everything still came out at the same time. I didn’t get a chance to tell the runner from the kitchen that we just got our apps. He shoved my soup over to the side to sit my steak down and ran off. It took at least another 10 – 15 mins to wave our waitress down and let her know we received everything at the same time. Her response was«Oops that’s weird, do you want me to sit the steaks under the heat lamp to stay warm?» I was in shock so I asked for a manager. It took 15 mins to get a manager to come out to the table. The manager was standing at the front of the restaurant socializing with her other workers. When she finally did come back to our table she was extremely rude and basically told us it was our waitresses fault and she knows the food is prepared very quickly and should of waited to put it in. She asked me if I wanted my food to sit under a heat lamp as well. I told her no thanks we are now done with our apps so I guess we just eat our food that has been sitting here? She smiled, shrugged her shoulders and walked away. No apology, no offering to give us a comp on the soup and onion rings, and no offer of a free dessert or anything. I wish I knew the women’s name but I was in complete shock and embarrassed at how she just stood there blaming the waitress with no apology to us. She had short brown hair and was heavy set. One of the rudest Disney employees I have ever met. Not to mention she didn’t even offer to take our empty dishes out of the way as we clearly were crammed sitting at a two seater table with two appetizers and two plates including a bread basket and empty glasses. We had to ask the waitress twice to remove the plates and her response was I’ll be back in a few. I love Disney and renew my annual pass every year. This unfortunately puts a terrible taste in my mouth. Way to treat your guests Disney, you will be seeing a lot less of us. Should of listened to the reviews.

Very good service. Good but pricey food. Vibe of a country club restaurant, which essentially it is, being connected to golf club

It’s really hard to have the energy to enumerate the fails of this restaurant. Generally speaking: unprofessional service; poor food execution; incompetent management; lack of ambiance. Save your money.

Have stayed at Saratoga Springs many times over the years, but had never been to this restaurant before. I don’t know if it’s new, or if they are marketing it better, or if I was just oblivious before, but I’m glad we’ve discovered it. We were planning on walking to Downtown Disney for a meal, but we had no reservations anywhere, it was prime dining time, we knew there would be a wait, and we were starving. So when we(finally) noticed the Turf Club we checked the menu and decided to try it. No reservations? No problem. The place is large and we were seated right away. I started with the Butternut Squash soup. A slightly sweeter version then I’m used to, but nice all the same and a decent portion. My DH had the spicy fettuccine with shrimp and I had the same thing, but with chicken. Both were just delicious. The pasta was perfectly cooked for me, just al dente enough, the vegetables were fresh, and it was just spicy enough. More peppery than heat, which I like. My DH liked the shrimp. My chicken breast was perfectly cooked and nicely cubed so it was easy to eat, no knife required. We got a 10% discount for being DVC members. The total cost to us, including tip, was the same we had paid at Chevy’s Fresh Mex the night before, and much less than most places at Downtown Disney. Considering the cost, no wait time, a relaxed, calm atmosphere, and delicious food, we will definitely be back. After our meal we did continue our walk to and through Downtown Disney, with happy tummies all the way

Got back from a long day at Magic Kingdom and decided I wanted a nice quiet dinner in my room. So went to The Turf Club Bar & Grill to order something to take back to my room. The host told me in a rather snobbish way that«we do not do take out orders at our restaurant.» Rather put off by how I was talked to and that a restaurant can’t or won’t make up some food and pack it in to go box, I took a step back to figure out my next steps. I was hungry… it was late… I don’t have a car to just go somewhere else to get food… While contemplating my next steps, a lady that worked in the restaurant walked out to talk to me. She had overheard my conversation with the host. Turns out you can order items to go off of their appetizer and desert menu, you just have to do it at the bar(a whopping 5 feet from the host/hostess stand). Go figure, I was only planning on getting items off of both of those categories as it was to late for a full entrée anyways. I got the Baked Brie and the Chef’s Special Salad. I enjoyed both and would get them again if I was in the same situation or was looking for something light to eat. The Baked Brie came in a puff pastry with prosciutto on top with some sort of raspberry sauce to put on top and a small arugula salad. The Turf Club Bar & Grill would have gotten 4 stars from me if the host didn’t treat me like he did. Perhaps there will be a next time where my service experience is better so I can give them 4 stars. Until then, 3 will have to do. PS — The bartender that helped me with my order, he was awesome!

It could be better. Steak was over cooked. We sent it back. Calamari appetizer was tough as well. Service was horrible lots of left over drinks glasses on the table. Worst part server had a trainer pin! As a person who frequents the Disney restaurants there are others that are better. The menu is average at best. The only reason I would come is to have a drink or app after a round of golf. Go to Olivia’s, Sanaa, or anything else.

Slooooooooow service be prepared to wait! Food was acceptable we had French onion soup, kids chicken noodle, Caesar salad and two orders of the lamb chops. The Caesar was unique they used balsamic drizzle. Chicken soup didn’t have much broth but off kids menu. French onion soup was good. Lamb chops very dainty but tasteful.

I love Saratoga Springs, NY. I was stationed there 3 times and been to the racetrack several times so coming here to the Turf Club did bring some good memories of the real Saratoga. The Turf Club does have some pretty neat jockey paraphernalia on the walls. But other than that, all other amenities including the food and the service was just sub-par. My server for the evening was just lost and clueless. My food for the evening was just plain awful. The pasta I ordered was like ordering pasta mixed with extra butter sauce, and that’s it. And as for dessert, the cheesecake tasted stale. So besides the jockey stuff, and the great views of the surrounding lakes and golf courses at the SP Spa and Resort, this«Turf Club» isn’t at all that special.

We used to frequent Turf Club quite a bit for lunch — but they recently stopped lunch. And to top it off, they took their best thing off the menu… the burger. It’s hard to believe, I know. But everyone that’s had it that I know has loved it. I have a feeling they’ll be losing business because of it(I know we won’t be going as much, if at all.) Besides that stuff above, the food is alright. It’s better than park food that’s for sure, but I’d prefer Jiko or The Wave.

Not much to say. It was a lunch during work and the food was average. Hard to compare with such good food that resides inside Epcot, but it’s also not fair to compare. I don’t even remember which fish I tried, but I did have some and it wasn’t anything to speak about. The fried calimari, nothing much to say about it either.
