We made reservation for the café at 550 but ended up getting hungry earlier. We headed into the restaurant at 5 and realized the café and dining room were a bit different. We asked to be placed in the dining room instead for their classier menu. We ordered apple salad and sashimi appetizer. We got the 35 dollar sashimi platter and the pork loins. Apple salad was just a giant salad plate without much apples. Weird. Sashimi appetizer was decent although it could have been presented better and cleaner. We had sauce smeared on one side of the plate. Sashimi dinner was really disappointing. The fish looked dry for some reason. Like I felt like I might get sick if I ate the dish… dry. but I didn’t lol thank god. Pork loin was basically a cutlet I could have made at home for 3 dollars, not 30+ dollars. Overall food wasn’t great and lived up to Wolfgang hype nor did it parallel the price. I also believe they have different menu than the Wolfgang in LA. I wouldn’t recommend it for someone visiting disney… just go get Disney’s foot long hot dog. However service was prompt and staff was courteous. So 2 stars for that.

Good food, nice service. My wife and I eat at Wolfgang’s Sushi bar all the time. Usually we order a few rolls and a couple of appetizers. Food is great, especially the calamari lightly breaded and cooked just right. Well always come here for lunch, when at Downtown Disney or whatever they are calling it now.

We ate at the Café. I can’t recommend this place. I wish I had read the reviews prior to going in but we were starving. Let’s start with the good. The waiter was good. My wife had a Planters Punch that was well made. My daughter had spaghetti and chicken meatballs. The meatballs were delicious and the sauce was amazing. Now. The bad, and it was BAD! My wife got the sirloin burger and I got the meatloaf. Both of our dishes came out COLD! Our daughter’s was nice and hot. My wife and I sent our meals back. They came back warmer but still not hot. The burger is a frozen patty. You can tell. For 15 bucks that is unacceptable. The toppings on the burger were good but the fries were cold even after they came back from the kitchen a second time. The meatloaf was a brick of meat with a decent sauce on it. I also suspect this was previously frozen. The onion strings on top were cold and the inside of the mashed potatoes were cold. No offer to take anything off the bill. No visit from the manager or offer of apology from a manager. No nothing. This tells me that the management has no standards except taking your money. I would avoid this restaurant.

One of my worst experiences at Disney Springs. The service was slow, our food was not hot and took forever to have soda refilled. We are in Orlando for work alot and this will not be on the rotation of restaurant.

The only saving grace to this meal is that it was a corporate event and I didn’t directly have to pay for it. Just horrible. Couldn’t eat more than two bites of the mushroom fettuccini it was soooo over-salted. I have to assume a carton of salt spilled into the dish while it was cooking, that couldn’t have been intentional. Staff was at least friendly.

We were walking around to see where we would eat, so we passed by this restaurant and decided to give it a shot. We were a large party of 11, including kids. We were seated right away which was amazing knowing how hard it could be at Downtown Disney. The service was great, the food was ok, nothing to go crazy for. The drinks were so good specially the margaritas. The Butternut Squash soup was so so DELICIOUS I even ordered a big bowl to go as my daughter and everyone loved it. But honestly I would only go back for the Butternut squash soup.

This place is simple and beautiful. Cookie and yogurt are best desserts at this place. Nice place indoor and outdoor. Nice and relaxing under umbrellas. Had a good dinner at this place.

this review is for the dining room. major affront for three reasons: the terrible food, the high prices for terrible food, and the association of Wolfgang Puck’s name with terrible food. calamari was soggy, nachos were stale(better off getting them at the AMC movie theater across the way), burgers were frozen patties(it’s not unreasonable to expect a burger that costs more than $ 15 to be fresh). location is terrific and the space is nice; I guess that’s what we paid for because it can’t have been the food!

The Wolfgang Puck in Disney Springs includes three different sections: express, café, and dine in. Each section comes with different types of food with the menu getting more expensive as you choose the higher quality options. We went with what felt«just right» for light lunch and decided to sit in the café section. Our hostess and server were very accommodating with where we wanted to sit. Our food was really nothing special. I would even say it was bordering on being too expensive for what it was, which is kind of expected out of a Disney themed area. The burger was overdone and dry but seasoned nicely. Our Margherita pizza was actually burnt on one side when it came out. However, our server was more than happy to replace it with a new pizza. What really shines about this place is that signature Disney service. There’s always a smiling face ready to help out.

You’re in Disney Springs and you want fine dining. You’re thinking that the Upstairs Dining Room at Wolfgang Puck has got to be what you’re looking for. The menu is certainly looking good, and by the pricing you’re thinking you’ll get something exquisite. Ah, but it’s only so-so. Execution of dishes is poor and spicing is way off. Even doneness goes too far on dishes that should barely touch the heat. After three or four visits, mostly with visiting friends(and parents) who had requested to dine there, I was mystified at how it couldn’t be done right. How is it that the man who created LA’s Spago, giving me goosebumps in the ‘80s, was now treating me so shabbily. My waiter was very helpful at explaining; «It’s a meatloaf-and-french fry crowd here,» he explained, «we cater to a basic tourist who is frightened by rare food, wants things salted heavily, but not encounter too many other new and scary spices.» And he’s right. It’s hard to construct a menu around finery and then prepare it commonly. It doesn’t work. Wine list is good, but how does that help if the food isn’t there? Desserts are very good, but how does that help if everything before dessert was poorly made? I could spend some time riffing on the many problems with the many expensive dishes I’ve had here at Wolfie’s but you get the idea. Let’s just say I’m tired of being dragged there and next time a visitor to town or a relative asks to go there, I’ll show them this review and take them to one of the two much better spots in Disney Springs: Morimoto or Raglan Road. Sorry Wolfie. This location is not what we’re paying for and not anywhere nearly as enjoyable as it should be.

Very disappointing. Décor is out of a 90’s sitcom. Not crowded at all after being hassled about making a reservation. It was pouring rain, and we sat in an area that ordinarily has open air covered seating, but due to the weather it was all closed. I wish the weather allowed for the doors to be open, the smell was awful, somewhere close to chuck e cheese, smelly socks and cheap pizza mixed together. Despite the poor first impression, I held out hope the food would be still be good. I’ve eaten at the Disney Springs Wolfgang Puck Express many times and always had a good experience. Sadly, the food was as bad as the rest of the experience. My wife and I had a simple order, a margherita pizza and a pasta with a bruschetta for appetizer. The pizza was horrendous, worse than any frozen pizza. The crust was falling apart and was so overloaded with cheese it was ridiculous. The pasta was better, but the serving size was tiny and the sauce was bland. We were on the Disney Dining plan, and despite the fact we were entitled to desert as part of our meal, I couldn’t bring myself to order any more food, enough disappointment for one night. On to Ghirardelli for a simple ice cream cone.

Ate in the dining room for the first time last night. I’ve frequented the café’ many times but the dining room exceeded my expectations! The menu seems limited but everything we ordered was absolutely delicious. The dining room is more intimate than downstairs so the service is spot on. We started with dirty martini a. One with gin and the other with vodka. They were garnished with bleu cheese olives and they were both perfect. We had the tuna tartrate appetizer which our server highly recommended. By far, a perfect choice. It’s served on a crisp sesame seed cracker w avocado. Our main course was salmon and the NY strip. Perfect serving sizes. Let’s just say we were both part of the clean plate club;) If you’re celebrating an occasion, go ahead as splurge here:)

I am vegan, and I have severe food allergies. I haven’t come into the restaurant for years and they used to have a lot of made-from-scratch dishes. However they have been getting away from that lately and have been having difficulty handling my allergies. I used to enjoy coming here because there was always a vegan variety of food here. However this trip it seemed that they struggled to make sure that my food was allergy free. And enjoy the Ambiance of the restaurant and have a great time when I come here however I am concerned that eventually I’ll have to find a new place to eat.

Ohhhhhh, the disappointment. When you each at a restaurant with a well known check in the name, you automatically assume it will be good, right?! Well, this place just plain missed the mark on all fronts. Slow service with lack of knowledge, not great specialty drinks, underwhelming appetizers, and an overlooked burger that was absolutely frozen prior to cooking it. I thought I would get a great burger, instead I would have rather had one from Wendy’s and been more satisfied. Stay away, there are better places by universal. Yes all chain type places, but will be better than this one that’s for sure. Oh, and I forgot to mention, the décor is so dated I felt like they were about to film a saved by the bell reunion. Cool for the 90’s sure, but it felt super old and needed at least a bit of updates in the years…

My boyfriend, mom, and I were hungry after spending the day at Animal Kingdom so we decided to check out Disney Springs for something to eat. We stopped into Wolfgang Puck and were seated immediately, so that was great. However, the service after that was not. I don’t know if maybe it was busier than it looked but our waiter barely came around to check on us. My mom ordered the salmon, my boyfriend ordered a burger, and I ordered the chicken noodle soup. My mom and boyfriend liked their food but weren’t raving about it. However, I did not like mine whatsoever. I found the broth of the chicken noodle soup to be lacking in flavor and the chicken was dry. I’ve honestly had canned soup that had more flavor.

We went here for my boyfriend’s birthday and were disappointed. The restaurant ran out of chicken which makes it difficult to order as half of their menu are chicken-based dishes. We did not receive any bread but all the tables around us did. The food was mediocre as best and the portions were small. The atmosphere reminds me of the Max from Saved By the Bell which is fun. Our waitress was nice but that’s the most praise I can give this place. There are several other dining options available in the Disney Springs area that I would recommend before Wolfgang’s.

This restaurant is located at Disney Springs. Make sure to make reservations otherwise be prepared to wait. This is true for most of the sit down restaurants located here. Food was decent, but our service from our server was top notch! Very helpful with recommendations and accommodating for younger guests. Crab cake s — 3 small sized cakes. Bottom was warm, but top was cold. Not the best we had. Nachos — large plate of nachos topped with your standard melted cheese and jalapenos. This is the largest app in terms of sharing size. Calamari — very small pieces for the price. Would not recommend. Meatloaf and mashed potatoes — large portion of meat and potatoes. Bacon cheese burger — your standard burger with fries. Goat cheese pizza — thin crust pizza with goat cheese and pesto. Very crispy and decent plate sized pizza. I would order this again. Kids grilled salmon meal — grilled salmon with mashed potatoes. Roasted chicken with rosemary and mashed potatoes — it was okay, but wasn’t the greatest. Spicy tuna roll — suprinsingly decent and would order again.

During a recent visit to Orlando, a coworker and I spent the evening in Disney Springs. We settled on the Wolfgang Puck Café for a light dinner. Despite Disney Springs being crowded we were seated right away. Our server was friendly and gregarious when he was at the table, but disappeared a few times and was tough to find when we needed him. I ordered the butternut squash soup. The cup was $ 7 which seemed pretty high so I splurged for the bowl. Honestly, I’m glad I did. The soup was delicious. Rich and creamy. Sweet and well spiced. I really enjoyed it. Next the Baby Iceberg Salad. The salad was cute. True to it’s name, the small iceberg bulb(?) was delicate and topped with cherry tomatoes, onions, bacon, and blue cheese. The dressing was a champagne vinaigrette I think and it was quite tasty. Now, again, the price was too high. That was not a $ 14 salad. The review loses a star for the dining area. It felt like people were stuffed in there like sardines. Tables were dirty and it just felt like we were in a K&W. The ambiance presented from the outside of the building does not continue within.

I will say 4.5, I had the crab cakes for an appetizer and they were yummy, then for main entrée I had the Florida Catch of the Day, it was swordfish and it was really good, for dessert the crème brûlée and it was delicious… For being such a high traffic tourist area, I think it was really good compared to the other restaurant choices in the area. I will definitely go back!

(2.5 Stars) We were starving when we arrived in Orlando. Our hotel concierge gave us a free app coupon to Wolfgang Puck’s Café so we ended up here. This restaurant is located in Disney Springs close to the West Side entrance(near the Cirque tent). For a tourist trap restaurant it’s decent. There weren’t too many choices on the menu, but we were satisfied. Our group ordered: –Calamari was ok… the dipping sauces made it taste better –Burger– cooked well(medium) average –Pizza– Wish we didn’t order this. Lacked flavor… tasted like pizza from Chuck E Cheese I also saw people being served sushi… I would not order sushi here The service was actually better than the food!
