You can’t beat the deals at this outlet store. All the employees are super helpful with directing you to the best deals. And Tania was especially helpful at the register with being patient while we looked for our coupons. Worth the short drive down the road from Temecula.

Nobody greeted me, never was asked if i needed help. Store very unorganized and things placed in sale area that are not on sale. You don’t know until you check out, your item is full price.

I love love this place. I enjoy going during Christmas because of all the seasonal scents. It’s was very busy when I came in today but the line was moving pretty fast. I took advantage of their 3 for $ 12 sale on the travel size lotions and body sprays. They are soooo cute and are perfect for stocking stuffers. The customer service was great they were very helpful when I asked them to find a certain scent for me. They even gift wrap your purchases for FREE just ask… unfortunately they could only wrap half of my purchase because they ran out of plastic wrap and ribbons. It was heading towards they end of the day but overall good experience!

Finally a Bath N Body Works location where you won’t have to punch the worker at the counter. Other locations have employees who come on WAY to strong and attempt to force you to buy a bunch of crap you don’t want. This location has very excellent and friendly customer service. And the greatest part is that it is an outlet so the prices are 75% less than the mall locations.
