I have been here twice and on both occasions I received horrible service!!!
First visit, I asked for a .6 juice… they sold me a 1.6 juice and when I noticed the bottle before my purchase, they assured me it was .6. Lady you were wrong! Then they overcharged me for juice, but whatever.
Second visit, my husband and I walk in and some tool is behind the counter helping his homies so forget about him saying hi to the customers that just walked in. Without even so much as an acknowledgement, he went to the back to get what his friends needed. My husband and I walked out of the store.
Cinder Box employees are rude and inconsiderate. They are horrible with their customer service. Do not waste your time coming here!

Awesome place!!! I had a problem with my vape not even bought there and they went out of their way to help me fix it! nick called the owner and they worked out a deal with me, again not even their product its been a month and its still working, best part they didn’t charge me to fix it and they put the parts on it for me!!! I walked out of there with everything and more super cheap vape liquids too all in all I loved the place and I will be back!!!

Wow! Sucked me in with good reviews and a close location! This place sold me a complete p.o.s. vape pen, and when it fell apart in 10 days refused to do anything but sell me wicks and tell me that was the problem. The Manager «Nick» is shockingly quick to point at the no refunds no exchanges sign! Be certain to get what you want the first time and hope that there are no problems with it! If you try to solve a problem with them you will get sold parts you don’t need and then told to read the sign!!! Customer service absolutely the worst I have experienced! Asked to speak with the owner and was told «he doesn’t let me give out his information!» Called back to clarify that he had sold me parts that I just didn’t need and asked if I could leave my name and number for the store owner to call me. I was told he could take my number but wouldn’t guarantee that anyone would call. Pretty sure he didn’t even write down my number but if he did it’s in the trash now! What kind of a business owner doesn’t return a phone call???
Plenty of other smoke shops around Lake Elsinore, Don’t waste your time with this place! Or again make sure you get everything right before you leave, otherwise Manager Nick will be happy to point at the sign and ask you to read it!!!

This place literally has every single thing you would ever need from screen to salvia. They carry many things that most smoke shops do not. They also have a pretty knowledgeable staff as well, they seem too know their stuff. Also, great prices! It looks small and not too great from the outside but they might take you by surprise

Terrible service rude staff shisha is 2 – 5 dollars more than every other place I’ve been to. I live less than a block away and travel to Murrieta to go to a different smoke shop rather than enduring this place.

Great knowledgeable staff. Great deals and huge selection of vape pens, and wax accessories. Dan is the man to come and see in Lake Elsinore!
