I agree with Mark! These guys act like they are doing you a favor by renting you storage unit. I think that they forgot who the customer is! their business hours seem to be only for their own convenience, not the customer. Whoever heard of closing at noon the day before Thanksgiving, or any other holiday for that matter. then they have the audacity to charge a $ 20 convenience fee, but won’t give you a receipt for it. I would highly discourage anyone from renting from them. There is another storage right next door!
