So we found ourselves at this place because it is down the street from our new apartment. Without checking into any other laundromats nearby we stupidly just went here because it was the closest one. This laundromat is really expensive. And most of the machines were out of order. Granite they do have more up-​to-​date machines. They have front loaders for both washers and dryers. I think it was like $ 5 for a washer and a couple bucks for the dryer. We ended up spending like $ 15 for 3 loads of laundry that were small loads. I would never come back here. Too expensive for a laundromat. They try to make it a «high class» place to do your laundry but it still brings in the street rats. Seriously laundromat seem to attract some of the scummiest people ever.

This place is great for drop off laundry service. They always have my clothes done in time when I need them and they are folded waaay better than I could ever fold them! The girls that work there are very nice. If needing a laundromat in Elsinore I highly recommend this one.

Many reviews said a lot of the machines don’t work. but it’s just a few I thought. I had no problem getting three loads in at the same time. The smaller double load washing machines are $ 2 and the 3 load ones are $ 2.75. Little pricey but not bad. Very very clean and staff was very polite and helpful.

This place is an awesome experience when CINDY the attendant is working. She is the ONLY reason I come here. CINDY is the best employee they have… if you are thinking of coming here call first and find out if she is working. The place will be spotless, she helps you with change, answers questions, and is wonderful and polite. She always has a smile on her face and is truly happy to be at work. She is one of the hardest working people I have seen in a long time who refuse to just sit there and collect a paycheck. The owners should be pleased to have her work there!
CINDY makes you feel like doing laundry isn’t such a chore. And I love that she literally runs a tight ship. The place is extremely clean and organized. Other attendants have not been as good. I highly recommend this place to anyone, just make sure to go when CINDY is working… you will have a much better experience!

It was a good size facility, but literally more than ½ of the machines were broken… Luckily it wasn’t busy at the time. The lack of maintenance on the machines is pretty lame and the parking lot is microscopic.

That it is clean is about the only positive. Most of the machines are broken and never seem to get fixed. The staff is rude and always seems put out when you ask for assistance. Don’t trust the posted hours as they locked the doors with my clothes inside 40 minutes before the posted time they close and I had started my load well before their «last load» time.

This place gets 5 stars for being clean and the attendants being nice and friendly. It gets zero stars for the machines themselves. My wife and I have been coming here for several months ONLY because it is next to Hunny’s. It is rather convenient to go have breakfast there and use their WiFi while we are WAITING for our laundry. I stressed WAITING because if they are busy (busy meaning more than 4 people there) you have to wait. And why is that you might ask? Well it doesn’t help that the owner is a cheapskate and NEVER fixes any machines. I honestly don’t know how this place can stay in business with so many broken machines. More seem to keep breaking so it seems like there are fewer machines that are usable each time we come here. It is also irritating that some dryers give you 10 mins per quarter and others give you 11. Why is there a discrepancy in the times these machines will run? I think today will be the last time we come here.

This is the one place that consistently has «out of order» signs everywhere. For how pricey the machines are and how busy the place is, I would assume some money is being spent on maintenance. Half the machines broke, half used by the staff, and the rest of us have to struggle finding and using machines!
The only reason I bumped it up to 2 star is because the staff is usually very friendly to interact with.

My first time here… first off the machines for change weren’t working correctly and then the detergent I got from the vending machine got stuck. The girl on duty was young and had blondish brown hair. she was rude and acted as if she didn’t want to help me out real quick cause she was on break, but she was the only one working at the time. I asked her to help me. she rolled her eyes, proceeded to text whoever she was texting and then helped me. On a good note, it wasn’t busy and it was clean.

Worst laundromat I have ever been to. More than 70% of the machines were out of order, and ironically these were the least expensive machines. I came here because of the great Unilocal reviews but was so disappointed!

Our dryer broke so we looked up laundrymats. Have to say I was skeptical about the pics based on the neighborhood… But Suds R Us was great. It was clean, machines are quality, and I felt comfortable waiting with my son while our clothes washed/​dried. I was very pleased !

This business has no compassion whatsoever. My dryer broke and all I needed to do was dry 2 loads. Of course it was pourng rain. THESE PEOPLE WOULDNT LET ME DRY MY LAUNDRY! it’s not like they were busy, there were just a couple of other people there. In the future, I’ll go somewhere else! To a business that actually WANTS MY business

my first trip to a laundromat in 18 years. first observation was that boy the prices sure have gone up. LOL 4 3load washers and 2 dryers cost $ 12. but getting it all done at one time is priceless. very clean, fluff and fold service, the attendant was very nice and helpful, showed me around at the different washers i could use. air conditioned and food closeby. what keeps this from getting 5 stars? very limited parking which makes it inconvenient if you have alot of things to carry and load/​unload from your vehicle. I went early and there was no parking, came back later and it was better. btw, if you don’t have quarters she will take your small silver and give you some.

If you ever find yourself without a functioning washer, this is the place to do your laundry. You’d be hard-​pressed to find a cleaner establishment. And you certainly wouldn’t find one better staffed. The women that work here are super courteous and helpful, making the chore a little less tiring.

My washer and dryer broke, after searching for a good laundromat in Lake Elsinore, i came across Suds R Us, this place is great, it’s clean, the washers and dryers actually work, the staff is friendly and helpful. one suggestion: avoid the crowd’s and come during school hours… and you will be in and out, and bonus there is a taco bell /​kfc next door :)
