We have been attending the adult yoga as well as the toddler mommy yoga classes and we can definitely say it’s all been great classes. They have been challenging and so much fun. Lyndsey is so sweet, knowledgeable and thorough in her instruction, she makes sure we get the most out of every class. In a couple weeks, we have already felt much stronger and restored. Lyndsey demonstrates the pose or flow first and shows ways to modify, if needed. Yoga is great for your overall wellness, mind and body, and Lyndsey will show you how. The studio is new and clean too! Don’t hesitate, go try a class!

Awesome experience. The prices are completely affordable, and the quality of the yoga is way up there. I liked how the instructor, Lyndsey, not only demonstrating everything but gave us reasons as to why we do each posture and where to focus on the breath. It was a non intimidating atmosphere and I had a good time and felt totally relaxed there.
