I wanted to like this place. A BBQ food truck that stops near my work? Should be great…
I ordered the smoked pulled pork sandwich. It was blah tasting and the bottom bun was soggy. Should have asked for a side of BBQ sauce. The smoked baked beans & bacon didn’t seem cooked enough. They were pretty firm for baked beans. Maybe that’s the way they intended to make them, but I think baked beans should be pretty soft.
I’ll definitely try them again since I like the idea. Next time, I’ll ask for some BBQ sauce and try a different side.
