Erica is great! She puts a lot of effort into her classes and the classes are small enough that she is able to give you individual attention. She gladly modifies any exercise to fit your personal needs.

Driven Fitness can be your answer for getting fit and able to enjoy an active lifestyle! I have both 1:1 private weekly sessions with Erica and enjoy a handful of group classes every month. My husband and I signed up about 7 months ago. While we were not couch potatoes, we had not done much organized exercise before. After just a few trial classes, we decided this would be a first good step since it was clear that Erica and Mike could provide us with the personal experience we needed. And guess what happened? After just a few weeks, we started feeling better, had more energy and enjoyed going to class. I’m in my mid 50’s and the biggest benefit for me has been increasing my strength. I have muscle tone now! My husband dropped 12lbs and a pant size! There are two things that makes Driven Fitness superior. First and foremost is the coaching. Erica and Mike care about you and will never put you in a position where you can’t do something or even worse, your’e doing it wrong. This was key for us because we never got discouraged. I have been going to Driven Fitness classes for a year now and it has really changed my life. I’ve not only lost weight but gained strength. Erica changes up the workouts so you will never get bored. What I like most is that the classes are small enough so you get the attention you need to ensure you doing exercises right. Erica also modifies your workout if you have an injury. I have met so many nice people in class that help each other stay motivated. Wished I would have found her sooner!

Now well above 40, I finally started exercising as an adult for the first time with Erica at Driven Fitness. I love the variety of exercises so it never gets boring, sometimes strength and sometimes cardio. The boot camp classes are usually small groups so Erica is able to watch my technique and offer guidance for improvement. The location is great and couldn’t be better on Summer nights next to the lake. Everyone is friendly and there’s now a social element that makes it even more enjoyable. For the first time in my adult life, I am exercising on a regular basis and even look forward to each class.

I was first introduced to Driven Fitness through Erica’s flexibility program, Stretchletics. I had been an avid crossfiter and mountainbiker and was experiencing lots of muscle tightness and soreness. I had given yoga a try, but it didn’t seem to be quite what I was looking for. when I came across Driven Fitness/Stretchletics, I did the two week trial and was immediately impressed. The programming Erica does seemed to be a lot more athlete specific and I noticed a difference almost instantly. Within a couple months, my flexibility/mobility had improved dramatically, I was able to perform movements such as touching my toes without difficulty, there were improvements in my strength gains and running stride, and I didn’t have that tight sore feeling the I originally had. I’ve referred a few of my CrossFit friends to Stretchletics and they have had similar improvements. Erica was right, «a tight muscle is a weak muscle». Thanks, Erica

I started going to Driven Fitness classes last fall and have kept going ever since. My favorite classes are the boot camps, but stretchology and TRX are amazing too. I love how reasonable the rates are, how challenging yet accessible the classes are, and how knowledgable Erica is when planning her courses and meal plans. I’ve reached my goal weight and am happy with how toned I’m getting. Everyone who comes to class helps provide a great community and support system. If you haven’t come here yet, you’re missing out!

This is the best workout I have ever done in my life. I was very nervous to go to my first class because I had not exercised for 5 years but Erica and the other instructors are very aware of everyone’s different levels and will modify exercises based on your abilities. That being said, the instructors do push you to do what you did not think was possible and you will realize your limits are much higher than you thought. I also really like the friendly atmpsphere and that many of the classes are outdoors.

Great team at Driven Fitness, friendly and motivational. Also great alternative fitness programs, hikes, beach boot camps… although the sand runs are tough, feel great after. Everyone who attends the classes are awesome and makes for warm welcome and then killer workout!

Everyone is experienced in the field of fitness and care about the needs of their clients, no matter what your fitness level is you will get a heck of a workout. The outdoor bootcamps are challenging and fun and the social events are great, you’ll meet lots of great people. I highly recommend Driven Fitness!

I first started with Driven Fitness in 2009 at the Sun & Sail Club and was hooked immediately. I continued to attend Erica’s boot camp three days a week and loved every class. Erica puts a lot of time into creating new and unique workouts for each class. You won’t see the same exercise for a long time which really helps gives your muscles a varied workout so they never get used to the same movement. I also hired Erica for private classes at my house for extra specialized workouts to help in my weak areas. One of my favorite classes involves using the TRX which is a portable bodyweight system using straps that workout your core while giving you an amazing workout! The training I received helped me in my everyday life weather I was running after my 2 boys or going for a mountain bike ride or a hike. My cardio level increased as well as my strength in individual muscles and core. I made some great friends through the classes and went on some exciting field trips with the group such as flying trapeze class, hula hooping and rock climbing. The Driven fitness classes include balance and flexibility, strength, and cardio fitness. You have come to the right place if you are looking for a workout program that is fun, varied and challenging for every level of fitness!
