I’ve been suffering from lower back pain for a few years due to sitting at work for long periods of time so I decided to start looking for a chiropractor. I was recommended by my friend to go see Dr. Navarrete due to his caring and gentle treatment.
Although Lake Forest is a mission from West LA, I trusted my friend and made the trek to South OC Chiropractic. Dr. Navarrete and the staff are not only welcoming but very knowledgable as well. They made me feel 100% better. Not only was Dr. Navarrete wonderful at walking me through the diagnosis & treatment, but he opened my eyes to the variety of services that I’m looking forward to taking advantage of soon. I highly recommend Dr. Navarrete and will be returning for more services.

So I had a freak accident on the slopes the other day and really got my body all bent out of shape. I was going to just let time pass as I push through the pain i had in my neck and back, but this was proven not to work. I had to go see a doctor right away. I found Eli and was pleased to find that he was exactly who I needed! Its only been a few days and I already feel close to 100%. Thanks doc! I’ll definitely be back soon as I know I will probably mess myself up again…

Eli has a gentle yet firm touch, exactly what you need in a chiropractor! I was in an accident that left two slipped disks in my neck. He examined me carefully and asked very detailed questions before giving me an adjustment. He’s also very knowledgable and a great teacher! It takes awhile to get to 100% after an accident like that, but he’s definitely helped me on the road to recovery! I would highly recommend him to anyone who has had a history of back and neck pain. And to anyone who has never been, he’s the best guy to pop your chiro-​cherry!

Dr. Navarrete checks all the boxes in what you need as a chiropractor! He is very professional, honest, caring and does amazing adjustments. I recently had a misunderstanding with the slopes this past week (while snowboarding I slipped and hit my head/​neck) and I immediately sought out Dr. Navarrete’s services. Now my head and neck feels 1,000 times better.
Thank you for getting me back to optimal health doctor. I highly recommend seeing him!!!
