Got these directly from saferacks and they price matched Costco. They charged $ 125 per rack for installation which I gladly laid just for the peace of mind that they wouldn’t fall on my vehicles and cause a ridiculous amount of damage. Stopped by the facility to pick up my accessory pack and the staff was very helpful.

Called and got some sort of corporate office. They were booked out over 6 weeks and over two months for a weekend. I said forget it and she could’ve cared less. Maybe good product. I’ll never know.

Great service from Garage Concepts. I had two 4×8 SafeRacks installed in my garage by Efrain and couldn’t be happier. Efrain was on time, friendly and efficient and the product quality is excellent. It’s great to make productive use of dead space in your garage and get everything off the garage floor. I was so impressed with their service that I had them install a new epoxy garage floor coating a few weeks later which also came out just perfect. My garage not only looks great now but is no longer a cluttered mess. Well worth it!

I called Efrain a week ago to take advantage of the special SafeRacks respectively Garage Concepts has going on right now (two 4′ x 8′ racks installed). Set up the appointment and today he came, was on time, super nice and professional, provided great expertise and insight, and installed our two racks in almost no time. I can highly recommend them and Efrain specifically. Make sure to ask him about their specials as well as their other products they offer!

The representative arrived with an array of assorted racks to fill our needs since he hadn’t seen our garage before. It took him only a hour or so to install our overhead racks, which were of great quality. And the price was right, too! We highly recommend SafeRacks!

I purchased the 4×8 overhead rack thru Costco. The 2 boxes arrived while I was at work. The delivery person placed the boxes in my garage at my wife’s request. Yesterday I was planning on installing it. When I looked at the boxes, I noticed that one of them had the end flap open. As I was looking for the hardware, they were nowhere to be found. I believe Eagle Ind., sent the box with the end open. The tape they used to seal the box is reinforced, there is no way that the box could’ve open during transit.
Thanks Eagle Ind., you have poor quality assurance and service. Your answering machine stated that your office is open on Saturday at 0800, it’d was closer to 0900 when someone finally answered the phone.
You have wasted my weekend.

Today we had 2 — 4×8 racks and one 2×6 rack installed in our new home garage. We had exceptional service from Etrain of Garage Concepts, Inc. and I highly recommend their company, and ask for Etrain, he was fantastic!

Just had two 4×8 racks installed in my 2-​car garage. Made appt over phone. Installer arrived on time. Took less than 2 hours to install both racks. He gave me great instructions about what to load and not load on racks. Cleaned up and left no mess. Only giving 4 stars because price was a bit steep. However I was in a pinch and not handy enough to install them on my own. But you can order racks and install yourself. Lots of options on their website.
