It says they open 9am… it’s 10 am and they just lost a potential customer… it may be called perfect cuts but it clearly states, beauty & barber… it was a bit confusing to locate them on the maps and find out when they open, so I decided to drive to the place. Got here 930am, close. Grabbed a breakfast burrito, 10am, it still close. No one is inside. What a shame. Was really looking forward to this place and take advantage on my day off with my cashed in paycheck. Oh well…

Fussy. That’s how I am when it comes to my hair. Being a dude, you would think I flock to those manly barber shops with cigar smoke and moustaches. No siree, I sneak to the beauty salon to the only competent person who has cut my hair consistently well for the last 10 years… except maybe for that time when she shaved me bald at my request. guess I had a Heisenberg moment. Anyhoo, place does not take cards(cash only), call ahead to make an appointment(damn folks always come at the same time it seems). Hair is cut by a sweet older Korean woman who is a master of her craft, so trust her abilities(found out she was closed one weekday to go to a hair styling convention/seminar). To me, the daily practicum of cutting people’s locks should be street cred enough, but her attending classes is truly commendable and shows in the quality of work and detail. I do snicker at her name though… Sara Lee, which reminds me of the grocery store baked goods that your low-carb diet would never go for. And I guess that fits, because as a guy and you splurge on a good cut($ 12, for me anyways) you know the feeling of sweet indulgence when the ladies compliment you on your nice haircut. Ooh yea.

Lee is the best! She is so sweet and so good at what she does! Been coming here for 24 years to get my hair cut and I’m never disappointed! I even had my hair done here for my prom. Always perfect, as advertised :)

Went in to find a haircut that was a good price since I had been cutting my own hair and really never put much thought into it. Well, after visiting Lucia at Perfect Cut… I was stunned and amazed. Best haircut I ever got and I keep coming back! Even brought my kids. I thought perhaps Lucia did this just for me only. But I have been back several times and I see her doing the same to nearly every one of the people in her chair. They see their final results and thank her profusely!!! Even ladies with colors and fancy doos. How do you spell Do’s? In any case. Get an appointment, 714−650−1447 because she tends to sleep late and if you show up in the morning you are taking your chances. Oh, and this Perfect Cut is run by a friendly Korean lady who does not yet believe in taking credit cards. Not sure why. But the hair styles are the bomb! Gracias.
