What can I say… Robin is wonderful. I have been looking for a new hair stylist for a while. I was so nervous when I met Robin. But when I met her, she was so kind and welcoming me in her beautiful salon. I knew I could relax. Her salon is very well clean and organize. But most of all, you can look out and see Mission Viejo Lake. It’s breath taking. Somewhere you can escape and be pampered.
Robin spent a great amount of time to hear what I wanted and my options. I didn’t feel the pressure of someone selling me something. She just want to get to know me and listen to what I wanted. I felt very pleased after my hair cut. It was exactly what I wanted and needed.
I was so pleased, I already made another appointment to get my hair colored and I know Robin will do a great job. I can’t wait!
I would recommend Robin to anyone that wants to relax and look great.

Brenda Hanrath is an expert in her field! She can cut curly hair like their is no tomorrow. My daughters are going to the salon and extremely pleased with the way Brenda cuts and styles their curly hair. Brenda is attentive and cares about the style you desire. I recently had a Keratin treatment and it was flawless!

This is an Awesome salon !!! Robin is the nicest lady ever !! I called on a Saturday to see if they had any appointments available to get two haircuts. For my daughter and I. Robin said if we can come a little later at 430 she can take us. I said yes and we went at 430 .
My daughter went first and in typical teenage fashion she didn’t know what she wanted. So Robin and her went threw magazines and found what she wanted. A pixie cut. Robin went right to work and started cutting her hair. My daughter looked up and loved her haircut before Robin even finished it. When Robin was done with her hair my daughter was smiling ear to ear. She loved it and it looks very cute on her. She gets compliments all the time on her hair. Robin did an awesome job on her hair !!!
I knew what kind of haircut I wanted. A bob haircut straight across. My hair was long and had a few snarls in my hair. Robin first washed my hair and the brushed out the snarls. I also am losing my hair because I’ve been sick for awhile. Robin said no problem. She recommended a shampoo and conditioner I should use and a vitamin that can help. I love love love the haircut Robin did for me !! Its manageable and cute !!. And it hides my problem areas. I love it !!
In my book Robin is an awesome Hairdresser. She also is the owner. I had a great experience with her and her salon. My daughter and I have found this gem in the OC. We will be back !!

I’m a spur of the moment kind of person and was in desperate need of a trim. I called Robin at this salon on a Sunday afternoon and she squeezed me in at 7:30pm on a Sunday! Not only was that amazing, she did a great job trimming my hair, taking as little as possible off to grow it out. I would recommend this salon to anyone! Thanks for the great customer service and beautiful trim!

I should start by saying that I do not post reviews unless they are deserved, but the owner asked me a few times during my appointment to give her a review on Unilocal,so here it goes.
I went in to get my hair trimmed and booked an appointment with Robin. I arrived early and she was still with someone which was fine. I started our appointment almost 30 minutes late, which again was fine with me at the time. I have VERY thick and wavy to curly hair, and asked her up front if she had experience with my type of hair and she assured me she had a lot of experience.
The cut itself went alright, with the normal chit chat and everything. She then asked if I would like my hair blow dried and straightened. I said yes please because it is the only way to check that my curly hair and layers are cut correctly and will look correct not only when I leave my hair curly, but also for when I straighten it. She blew my hair dry and got out the straightener. I am not joking or exaggerating when I tell you that she literally ran the iron through 3 small sections of my hair and only on one side of my head. In case you do not already know, when you blow dry hair like mine, it quickly becomes a voluminous mass of frizzy hair. That is why you need to straighten it as well so it doesn’t look like I just came in from a wind storm.
She then asked me to stand up so she can check the cut and asked me if the length was good for me. I told her yes and checked it in a mirror as best I cold with it being VERY Poofy and not smooth yet. I did not realize she had «finished» straightening my hair. She then took off my cape and told me we were all done. She started directing her attention to her next client (that was already sitting there for more than 15 minutes) and I was expected to pay. I was not very impressed, especially because she had already kept me waiting to start my appointment and it felt like I was now taking up the time for her next client.
I am not one to fly off the handle without taking the time to look back at the situation, so I decided that I would wait to get home and really take a look at my hair after I straightened it myself to see if it looked ok. Who knows, maybe the cut was great and I just won’t ask her to style it again. I payed and even tipped her for her time because I know I have a lot of hair and it is not easy to work with.
But when I got home and straightened it the back looked terrible! The layers are uneven, and none of the layers except the bottom are even in a straight line. There is even a small hole in one of the layers of my hair, leaving the back looking shaggy. I love leaving my hair straight, but I cant now until I go somewhere else to have them fix this. I have been growing my hair out for almost 2 years now and it was down to the small of my back. After I get the layers fixed I will be lucky to have it longer than my shoulder blades now.
I usually only post good reviews where I think the business really deserves a pat on the back, but like I said the owner asked me more than twice during my visit to give her a great curly hair review on Unilocal.Well I am sorry Robin but I cannot do that. In fact the only reasons I chose your salon to try was because it was close to my home, and because you only had 5 star reviews on Unilocal.If you have thick or curly hair do yourselves a favor and do not go to Robin.

FIVE STAR TREATMET
The way I got into this place is really an accident. I went to have some coffee in the nearby Starbucks & felt like I needed Hair cut & walked in here. As such they were closed & were kind enough to accommodate me at the last min.
I normally do my haircut in supercuts (what is there to style for Men really?). But today I felt like trying this place. The ower Robin is reall an experienced stylist and greeted me with a glass of water. Well, that never happned before! She was the only one there & did a wonderful haircut just like the way i wanted. Its not just the haircut; the end to end server was phenoninal. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a decent place for a slightly upscale price!

Just went back for an slight change in my color. Robin has been cutting/​coloring my hair for 16 years and really knows what looks right with my complexion. Put your hair in her hands and you won’t be sorry! Thank you Robin!

My experience is always TOP RATE. Robin has been cutting and coloring my hair for more than 3 years. If you are looking for the perfect colorist, Robin is your gal. The atmosphere in the salon is very relaxing. I’m always treated with kindness and respect. When I feel like doing something crazy, Robin is very supportive and will give her greatest work to help me achieve my goals. Then, when I feel like coming back down to earth, she is right there to bring me down safely and beautiful. Come and experience the true pampering you deserve.

A truly remarkable experience! First of all, since I go to the Starbucks that is in the same parking lot and have seen this salon every day; I am kicking myself for not coming here sooner. It is 3 minutes from my office and 5 minutes from my house… that is perfect to begin with! But the perfection is Robin. She is so sweet. And a great listener and she studied my hair and knew how to fix it. She gave me back my signature look and I feel like myself again. The salon atmosphere is classy, relaxing, and luxurious. I highly recommend Robin and Victoria’s Salon and Spa. I can’t wait to experience the Spa Services. I am so blessed to have met Robin and you will be too!

I drive by Victoria’s Salon everyday on my way to the office, my first visit was a trim, Robin did a fabulous job & went back for color, also fabulous, very calm & relaxing Salon. Highly recommend! See you soon.

I have finally found a salon that does a magnificent job on my hair! Only took three years. Really! I love this place. Everyone is happy and friendly, the products they use are Organic and don’t harm your hair. I am so happy to have found this place. A true gem.

LOVED THIS PLACE!!! From the moment we drove up, we were impressed. It is beautiful on the outside and even more beautiful on the inside. Very tastefully decorated. We were greeted by the owner, Robin, with a big smile. The workers were very friendly and easy to talk to. They offered us tea and other beverages. They did a fabulous job on my Grandma’s hair and she was very happy with it! It was our very first time there and they made us feel like we were VIPs. I will definitely go back for myself some time soon. The prices are reasonable and the overall experience is wonderful! I highly recommend this place.
