So I go into sleep ease of Lake Grove to try to find a mattress the salesperson find the mattress that I’m interested in ask me if I mind him checking my credit I never approved him to open the account at the end of the day I chose not to buy matches couple days later me and my wife have to open credit lines that we never approved the biggest scam artist I’ve ever seen and fortunately opening accounts under people’s name without their permission

The absolute worst in store experience I’ve ever had. With so many Sleepys to choose from, I would avoid this location at all costs. Abrubt, rude, lack of knowledge, and dishonest. The sales clerk blatantly removed a «deals» sticker from a mattress right in front of me in hopes I wouldn’t notice. When I decided I did not want to shop there, he started being condescending saying I was impatient and that I’d regret my choice to leave. He then followed me out passive aggressively saying «don’t worry, we’ll still help you when you come back.» My advice? Do not shop here. Ever.

Literally minutes after I posted this review I was contacted by the Sleepy’s staff. They were incredibly courteous, and apologized for the miscommunication regarding my television and the price differences I came across with the other items. Without my even asking, they refunded a fair amount of money that more than made up for the issues. I am very happy with the service Sleepy’s provided and would definitely shop there again.
