Sprint Store

Thank you to «Beena». We had to update our phones. Excellent costumer service, no pressure, took her time with us, very thorough. Told us all our options.

Sprint… COMPLETE THIEVERY… absolute crooks… the taxes, surcharges and ripoff fees will be as high as they charge you for your monthly plan… and reception is awful… DROP CALLS… TEXTS NOT RECEIVED… terrible…anyone who gets locked up in a contract with these crooks SPRINT… in this day and age… has to be nuts… I DUMPED SPRINT… went to Cricket… they are owned by AT&T now so you are on their towers,., great reception… no contract… no taxes surcharges or hidden fees… and Cricket takes about a minute to swap your Sprint number to them. Bye bye Sprint and your ripoff bills and horrible reception… SPRINT barely works in downtown Port Jefferson and other areas… Cedar Beach, etc. etc. etc!!!

Very unhappy… when I entered the store because of the sign cut my bill in half from Verizon I thought I could actually save some money. Well by the time it was all done not only would I save money I really would spend more. The guy there informed me that I had to take the insurance plan of $ 11 on each of my four phones so my bill would actually come out higher then Verizon. He tried to tell me 95% of the people take the $ 11 insurance plan and then I had to pay $ 169 deductible should I lose the phone. So basically on 4 phones it would cost me $ 50 a month for insurance on the phones what a scam. He had the nerve to tell me he couldn’t even give me the deal unless I take the insurance what a liar… The insurance is optional but that’s not what he said to me. So by the time I walked out of here to cut the bill in half it was $ 50 more a month … how he actually kept a straight face is beyond me but it was just one lie after another or failure to disclose.

I have been a sprint customer since 1998 and have always been satisfied with their service. Then I visited the sprint store in smith haven mall for an upgrade and to add a new line of service for my daughter. The two female staff members that I interacted with we’re flat out dishonest. After going home and looking over my documents and reviewing account activity on the internet I realized I was scammed. It took me several phone calls and a visit to another sprint store on sunrise highway to fix what these dishonest employees did to me. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU at this location! The only reason I am still with sprint is I was able to call customer service for help.

Was wondering around Smith Haven mall and came across a brand new Sprint store, cant be more than a few months there.
The store is huge, basically it is in the food court area.
There were aprox 5 salesmen, was warmly greeted and asked immediately if i needed any help.
I was talking to one gentleman and he was showing me the phones, But i already know im buying the Samsung Galaxy Note 2, Just not sure if i want to stay with Verizon or switch to Sprint.
He went over the usage plans with me and the price for unlimited everything including data came to 140.00 not counting tax, and he said if you wear a credit union member they can take 10% off of that, so 126.00 for unlimited everything on 2 phones.
Right now i am paying 190.00 for unlimited calling and incoming calls but only have 6 gigs of data usage.
The only problem right now with Sprint, Is that it is not 4g yet and most likely not for another 6 – 12 months they said.
Properly stay with Verizon a little longer.
Definitely worth a trip to this store I give it 5 stars for the salesmen and the products and great store lay out.
