This «Plumber» waited over a year to do the «truth be told» review of my review.
He had no tools when he showed up, I had to find a step ladder for him to use and a saws all for him to destroy my plumbing. Truth be told.
I did tell this «Plumber» to leave the mess. $ 600.00 for an hour and a half of work and a trip to Lowes, aka his warehouse… Hire this one at your own risk. Truth be told. And yes after complaining he offered to return $ 100.00 of the money he ripped me off for.
I told him he would need it as I would do whatever I could to stop anyone from making the mistake of using this poor excuse for a plumber. Call anyone else but this loser.
Do the math, he says he was at my house for 4.5 hours. When over 1.5 hours was running to Lowes to get the «recommended parts», he charged $ 80.00 for.
So the labor cost was $ 106.00 per hour using his numbers.
Giving me back $ 100.00 lowers that to $ 81.55 per hour… What about the hour and a half at Lowes? I supplied the tools and the ladder. I’m supposed to pay him to hang out at Lowes for an hour? Truth be told that is… Do the math people, do the math, Rip off artist at work here. I have the labor cost for this one at $ 238.50 or at a minimum $ 159.00 per hour if he was here working for 3 hours, which he was NOT.
