It is fast, easy, professional and I have used them for several years because I live out of state. Mom always says they are beautiful and well done.

Recently moved to LHC from the LA area, friends and family alike have enjoyed sending us flowers for various holidays and all have commented on the ease and great customer service when ordering from Lady Di’s. As the receiver, I can say that the flowers are of the best quality I’ve ever received — EVER — from any delivery and the arrangements are always done with seemingly expert care. The delivery to the house is always courteous. I really appreciate my deliveries so much more knowing that the gift giver has truly gotten their $ worth.

I was skeptical about placing an order based on some of the previous reviews but I live out of stare and wanted to send a special birthday arrangement to my daughter’s boyfriend who is like my own son. My order was done all online and so was my selection. I made a special request to have the flowers delivered close to 3:00 pm and my daughter called about 2:55 to tell me that the beautiful arrangement had arrived. I asked her to send me a picture because I wanted to see if it looked at all like the picture & it sure did! I couldn’t be more pleased with their service, products and attention to special requests. I have posted a picture of the arrangement complete with a great big balloon. Will definitely use them again! Pam

lady di has saved the day for me many times! I figured out that you don’t want to call the 877 number… call the 928 number and talk to the store… you’ll get a great deal. The 877 number will call you later and charge you 40 extra dollars for delivery because you used the tele flower service… talk to the lady in the store… the work is wonderful!

Before choosing a place to send flowers to my Fiancés grandma(for her surgery) I came to Unilocal for help. Lucky for Lady Di’s they had great reviews so I chose them. During the phone convo with Lorie everything was going smoothly and I completed the purchase over the phone. Nice and easy until 10 – 15 minutes later I got a phone call back from her. She informed me that they did not have the yellow vase I selected for the Teleflora’s Sunny Smiles arrangement. That didn’t bother me so much so I asked what other colors they had and I chose purple. I asked her to change the pink roses to purple roses as I thought it would look great with the purple vase. Fast-forward to after I saw the picture on Facebook of the flowers. all I can say was WOW. I purchased the deluxe floral arrangement and boy was I shocked and pissed. 60 dollars down the drain. I called to speak to a manager and she wasn’t available. Left my name and phone and received a call back from her. Sharon was very understanding and was eager to fix the problem. She also informed me that they DID in fact have the YELLOW vase in stock.(maybe they need better health care so the employees can get some glasses) Sharon let me know that when my Grandma went into the hospital they would deliver a new set of flowers(the ones I originally ordered) to her room. Well that week the surgery got postponed to the next week. I called Sharon to let her know that it was postponed and she said okay and to call her when I knew the date and time. I called Sharon and let her know and she said they normally deliver the flowers around noon. Perfect I thought as I figured she would go home same day but at night. Fast-forward to this week. Upon visiting my grandparents in Lake Havasu this past weekend I asked my grandma if she received another set of flowers. Guess what her answer was… No. WOW!!! No phone call, no voicemails nothing from Sharon. So going from her eagerly trying to fix the problem to completely ignoring it is sad. Don’t say you are going to do something and then not. Not good business and for you to be in a smaller town we all know you need the business.

This rating is based only on customer service. I was in a giving mood and had been wanting to send my grandmother some flowers to surprise her, and hopefully make her day. It was Friday and Grandparents Day was on Sunday, two days away; I called in at around 1PM asking about the bouquets, and whether they had the flowers they needed for the bouquet that I wanted(I didn’t want substitutes that would differ too much from the picture, due to some bad experiences with online flower companies). I talked to a woman and asked her whether they opened on Sunday or would deliver on that day for Grandparents Day. She told me that they were closed on Sunday, but could deliver on Saturday. I wasn’t sure whether my grandmother would be working on Saturday or not so I didn’t know whether to give her my grandmother’s home or work address. I asked her if I could place an order and then call back with a delivery address, which she gladly helped me with. I called back the next morning(Saturday) at around 9:30AM and talked to another woman. I gave her my name and told her that I had requested an order and gave her the address to be delivered to. My grandmother received the bouquet at around 2PM that same day. They were friendly, quick with the delivery, and the ordering process was simple and easy. I really wanted to see how the bouquet ended up looking like, and asked my grandmother to send me a picture, but she didn’t know how… Bummer! :(she seemed to have liked it though, so I’m assuming it was nice. But I didn’t get to see how it turned out so this review is only based on their service.

I am very dissatisfied with a funeral arrangement that this place provided for a memorial service this past weekend. As well, the owner or manager, Sharon, argued with us when we called to complain about the poor arrangement. We chose this place due to the glowing Unilocal reviews. Maybe they had an «off» day but there was no excuse for the sad display they delivered. It appeared that the arrangement had been dropped and hastily crammed back into the vase. We were embarrassed by the display and sent photos to Sharon who became defensive and refused to remedy the issue. She steadfastly stated that even if the driver did drop the arrangement, she would not make it right by sending a small follow-up arrangement or refunding part of the order as a goodwill effort. This display was selected for a cherished aunt and was on the high end, cost-wise. The photos we took at the memorial showed the sad arrangement that looked nothing like the arrangement in the photo they promised. Even with the terrible display they delivered, I am most disappointed with their follow-up customer service — or lack thereof. I count at least 5 other florists in Lake Havasu City. I would ask you to patronize one of those other florists as I cannot recommend this business at all. Bad flower arranger! Bad!

I have ordered from them 2x now for now for my family in Lake Havasu. They are really helpful and kind. So nice to be able to talk to someone who is local to the area. Thank you!

I ordered over the phone from another state, I have been since 05. I get rave reviews from my family when I send flowers and I just got a text photo of the bouquet today. It is stunning! I wish Lady Di’s was out here in Oregon. Great svc. and talent in arrangements!!!

The ladies at Lady Di’s are amazing! When no flower would appropriately express my grief for my Nana, they went out of their way to do a very special order.

Great prices, fresh flowers, and very friendly service. Their online ordering system was very easy. I loved being able to pick and chose the flowers online. The flowers that I ordered were gorgeous. I will definitely revisit!
