Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Turned us away for dinner 10 minutes prior to closing then the rude employee says the Chili’s might still be open!

The service was absolutely excellent and the food was ok. We love the bottomless fries here and they offer a nice selection of dipping sauces beyond ketchup and ranch. We ordered the garlic aioli which was yummy on fries and I also put on my chicken sandwich. My husbands burger was ok and my son liked his cheeseburger off the kids menu.
They were quick to refill drinks, clear empty plates and I like being able to check out and pay at the table with the kiosk so I am to waiting for a server.
Restrooms were clean

We walked in at 5 pm and no one was at the host podium. We waited several minutes and no one greeted us but we were seen by a few servers in the bar.
We took a couple menus and we’re going into the bar and the empty tables were all dirty, asked the bartender what was happy and he said I just got in. Just then the manager who has been there 10 plus years arrives at the bar, ignores us and the bartender when he asked him to help clean tables. We watched and said adiós and walked out. We are locals and have eaten there for years. Not going back.

I’m gonna have to say that was the worst service we have had in a while. Nina, or nana, whatever her name was… she was not only very demanding and rude in the way she waited on us, she was so slow, and that was because she was too worried about getting more napkins and silverware to her station the asking if we wanted a drink, she forgot drinks, as well as our food. But the worst part is we sat and watched how she treated an elderly pair of couples across the way… WOW! If that were my grandparents that she treated like that I would have been soooooo dang upset! I have been a waitress, a bartender and a caterer, and know the importance of customer satisfaction, this gal was down right in the I don’t give a $h/​?! Mode! Unbelievable!
I almost feel bad, because we have had great service here, but you better believe we will not allow to be sat with that woman again, and I guarantee it will be a while before we come back. You know it’s real bad when my husband was seconds away from telling that woman off. He doesn’t do that, and in so glad he didn’t, but WOW!!!

The staff here is slow and there was 10 empty tables that I could see from the hostess area. We walked in and they said the wait would be 20 to 25 mins. We finally get seated and the staff is play grab ass in the kitchen. Last time I will come here.

We were a party of six. We were all disappointed. The experience and quality of food did not match our experiences at other locations in California and Illinois. None of us were able to finish our meals. The onions rings were bland. The burgers were bland. The portion size of the milk shakes was disappointing. Only the fries were reasonably OK. The service was OK, but not what I am accustomed to receiving at Red Robin restaurants. Overall, it was a disappointing experience at this particular location.

All Time Worst Food Establishment Ever, Horrible Service, Horrible Employees, Horrible environment — GO SOMEWHERE ELS !!

Quick service, friendly staff, awesome atmosphere and even better menu– best eatery I’ve been to yet in Havasu and it’s a chain!

Great service and food. We ate here on the first day of vacation and loved it. We even ate here again later in the week. I tried the ghost pepper burger. Every spicy if that’s what you like.

I took my wife for her birthday. She loved her chop house burger. Usally she takes half home not this time cooked perfectly. I had whiskey burger it too was perfectly cooked. Place was clean service was great.

Best $ 6,000 burger I’ve ever had.
I don’t normally write reviews, but when I saw that Red Robin in Havasu was not going away, but under construction because it’s being re-​branded, i felt the need to tell my story.
The short version — ate a burger there last January, became deathly ill (no exaggeration), hospitalized for food poisoning, came out with a $ 6,000 hospital/​dr. bill. (yes — that was WITH health ins.)
Come to find out from a friend who has lived here her whole life, I’m not the only one who’s writhed on the bathroom floor after eating at this particular Red Robin. I am however, the only one I know of who has ended up on the wrong side of an IV bag because of this place.
The worst part of all — when I confronted the asst. manager, she offered me a COUPON for another meal. In what world do I ever eat at that establishment again!!! I get for liability reasons she couldn’t own up to it (which is BS by the way), but a coupon??? I would have rather had an apology.
Warning, warning. Consider your insurance deductible BEFORE choosing to eat here!

Highly disappointed we travel all over the USA and this place rates the highest in bad service no fries before dinner and they cook your burger only med well ! This isn’t a review out of anger just disappointment :(
We love Red Robin just not this one. Stay away and maybe they will get the message we will !

What happened to Red Robin?!
We travel all over the country and we love Red Robin. Lake Havasu is not looking so good. They won’t cook our burger less then medium well. They won’t serve fries before your meal. I hope my burger is good cause their customer service is sucking right now.

This Red Robin was terrible.
Our server was slow.
We asked for fries to begin with and were told «We don’t do that here, you can have more fries once your food comes out»
The beauty of Red Robin is bottomless fries.
Disappointment. Will not return.

Onion rings were delicious, wedge salad was OK, my Guinness was cold and yummy!
Di had the fish/​shrimp and chips said it was OK. The bar was fun and clean, minus the really loud couple talking about their sad story of their home for sale, like a first date nightmare.

Customer Service is Amazing. Special thanks to Izzy, Allyssa and Paige. I was with my niece and we were both being a bit high maintenance. They were SO patient and respectful. And they didn’t avoid us or look like «oh, what now» like a lot of places would have done. They continued to go out of their way to make sure me AND my outspoken 6 year old niece were WELL taken care of the entire visit.
California Chicken Burger on Whole Wheat is such a good sandwich. Order was taken quickly and food came out fast.
Very impressed. Surprised to see the lower overall rating for this restaurant.
Two complaints though. 1. Kids food is not that good. 2. Game area is 50−75¢ per game. The candy machine is 75¢ for things like a tiny tootsie roll. A rock hard, very stale one at that.

Just came back and had a simple order chicken sandwich with no mayo. Can’t mess that up right? Well yeah they did. I love watching my friends eat dinner while I get told we will be charged extra if I eat my friends fries.

I absolutely love Red Robin but this location disappointed me. The food was not the same at all. We went late so I don’t know if that’s the reason it was not that great. Our waiter was great but it still didn’t make up for the food! Again Red Robin has always been good but this time it just wasn’t at all.
