Dennis and his crew did an amazing job in our new home when we arrived in Lake Havasu. They installed TV’S and sound systems In every room, surround sound outside and even came back to do some follow up and fine tuning. Excellent experience! Highly Professional and I would recommend their service to everyone and I will return for more services when needed. You won’t find a better crew of people!

We were in the market for a new tv/​stereo system and had looked around a lot then decided to try sound bank. The first time we came in we spent about 3 hrs learning all about our options then decided to come back after the holidays. When we came back we were again treated to a highly knowledgeable and helpful staff who, after much deliberation (on our part) had everything in stock and were able to get it installed in time for Super Bowl! Yes they were a little late to our scheduled install time but the fact that they showed up, worked much later than the time they normally close, were patient answering all of our questions/​concerns, and did a beautiful, clean install more than makes up for it. Thank you to Dennis and your crew for the amazing home theater! We are happy!

We have an LG TV that we purchased a little less than a year ago. Recently the display stopped working so we called LG to have it repaired under warranty. LG responded promptly and setup in-​home repair with their contracted warranty agent in Havasu– Sound Bank.
We placed a call to Sound Bank in order to confirm a date and time. At that point they told us that they would not do an in-​home repair like the warranty states but would be transporting the TV back to their location (3 blocks away) and charging us a standard $ 55.00 fee due to a bad economy.
We notified LG of this and they told us not to pay the fee — that they would find another company to repair the TV free of charge. They ended up sending a company all the way from Bullhead City — who showed up the very next day.
We purchased the TV online instead of from Sound Bank because they were $ 800.00 higher (not including tax). Now I’m glad we didn’t! They are a complete rip-​off!
