I’m lucky enough to live next door to this place and order pick up once a week. The wings are good and the pizza is great. If you are visiting lake george, this place is worth the 15 minute drive to hadley. Imo it’s better than any pizza in lake george.

The fire oven pizza was amazing! All of the toppings were fresh and generous! I was truly impressed with the whole operation and cleanliness of the restaurant. We will DEFINITELY be back again!

We are locals and go to 9 North often. They have a great menu with a wide variety of specialty pizzas and salads etc… Their pizza is amazing! They make their own dough and all their ingredients are fresh. The pizza isn’t overly greasy and it has a nice thick crust. They have a hand made pizza oven in the restaurant, where you can watch your pizza being made! 9 North is great and very comfortable to have a nice dinner or just have some pizza and wings. The prices are very reasonable and well worth it! I would recommend this to any one who wants great pizza and great service!

9 North is located next door, but under the same roof as Mollie’s Mason Jar. I’m all about supporting mom and pop local businesses, but 9 North just gets it wrong. Even though I wasn’t expecting Frank Pepe’s, Grimaldi’s, or John’s of Greenwich Village, the pizza from 9 North really, really disappointed.
They have a wood fired pizza oven(a serious investment), but they don’t know how to use it, at least not yet. MYPIEWASFLATOUTBURNED(see pic). Ok, so maybe it’s a one time thing, but I was watching every single pizza that came out of the oven and each one was burned! Ok, so maybe it’s the moron running the oven then; he doesn’t know what he’s doing? Problem is, even if my pie hadn’t been burned, it still would have been subpar. The whole point to constructing and using a wood fired brick oven is to have a thin crust pie that has a crispy crust that is soft and chewy on the inside. It’s also to add just a little bit of flavor through a minimal amount of charring. These people don’t get that. They’re making pies that have a crust with thickness that is way too thick; like getting closer to a Sicilian style, which totally defeats even having, much less using this kind of special oven!!! Thin out the dough and rotate the pie in the oven, keeping it further away from the flame and then maybe they’ll have something. To top it off, 9 North is very pricey! Their largest pie is supposed to be a 16 inch, but it’s not. It’s a 15 incher. Single topping 15 incher that was burned and had a very subpar crust was 20 bucks! Ouch. Their only other size is a small at supposedly 12 inches. Definitely do not get a small as the value is really, really bad there(1 topping small is like 14 bucks). Maybe I’ll wait six months and see if they work out the kinks, but for now, these owners really have no idea what they’re doing, so I’m steering clear. If you want the exact same pizza, buy a large from Rocco’s in Luzerne or Corinth and pay 13 bucks and it will be an inch or two larger in size and won’t be burned! Save your money and skip 9 North… until they figure things out anyway. Also, they are only open from 4 to 9 pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. No delivery available. They do take major credit cards and have a handful of tables for which to sit and dine in. No slices available and just a few apps like mozz cheese sticks and wings(wings are 9 bucks for 10 wings). No sandwich offerings at this time.
