My first experience with Clothes Dr has been great and I look forward to continued business with them.
Although my case may be atypical, I want to share how they went above and beyond. I walked in Thursday morning (7:45 am) with a suit and two shirts that I needed for the weekend. The catch was that I needed them prior to a 5 pm flight that same day. All I can say is that they delivered in a big way. At 3 pm I swung by on my way to the airport. The items were packaged ideally for my garment bag and after a very reasonable fee I was on my way.
I know this kind of turn around is not normal, but when I was further complemented on my suit over the weekend I knew Clothes Dr was partially to blame. They’ve secured my business with this experience.

I paid hundreds of dollars for new shirts at Brooks Brothers. We took them to Clothes Doctor in the original wrappers, hoping that they’d prepare them to be worn at a tradeshow. When we received the shirts, we found that Clothes Doctor did not remove the stays from the collars. They used such intense heat during the collar press that they permanently intented the stay marks into the collars, such that they are not ruined. Literally hundreds of dollars down the drain without even having worn the shirts once.
