I never write reviews but I was just shocked at the customer service I received from this store. I frequently order from edible arrangements via online, unfortunately I was having an issue with my computer on this particular day so I had to call to place my order. I called the 800# which transferred me over to the local Lake Mary store and a young lady by the name of Angelica answered the phone. During this call I could tell that there was an issue with comprehension or she was just being preoccupied on her end because she was constantly not understanding what I was saying although I patiently spelled out names and words for her.(No problem I gotta make this work because I was limited for time) We finally came to the portion for the message and she told me that she only had 2 lines for the message as opposed to the 300 characters online. I said ok, hey I just would have to work with the 2 lines and created a message. She still did not understand after everything I said smh! At this point I just told her never mind and I’ll just go online. Pressed for time I couldn’t go back online and figure out what the issue was with my computer so I called the 800# and was transferred to her again and again. I finally attempted to place this order with her and she reviewed my name and the recipient’s name which was completely absolutely wrong. I advised very polite that she would have to make sure that this was correct. Angelica at this point began to raise her voice and told me in a very sassy tone that I could go online and complete the order and that she only had 2 lines and that it is right. Wow! Really I guess this is Angelica edible arrangements and I can tell from the way that she was confident and secure in the way she was speaking to me(which was the only point of the call she expressed any confidence) that this was not her first time speaking to a customer in this manner and besides I wasn’t saying anything about a message only the correct spelling of the recipient’s name how important it was for that to be correct. I asked to speak with a manager and she said no. I asked so you’re telling me you’re not going to let me speak with the manager she then replied she’s busy. Knowing that she was trying to play a game at this point, a game I was not interested in playing I told her you have a nice day young lady and just ended the call. Later that evening I left a message informing edible arrangements of the experience. I received a call from the manager Meritza who had just as much of a nonchalant unprofessional attitude as her employee calling me with a fake, dry forced apology and quickly hung up the phone after she did so. I’ve ordered from edible arrangements many times for family, friends and co workers and this has been the worst customer service. If you don’t know how to spell then don’t pick up the phone or have a dictionary near by and besides that just learn how to be a bit more professional and courteous to customers. This is definitely not the only company people can order arrangements from.

I ordered a sympathy arrangement for someone this morning and scheduled the delivery for tomorrow. Worried about the warm Florida weather and their delivery policy, I requested that they call to schedule the delivery with the recipient as I’d hate for the arrangement to sit out all day and get ruined. I then found out that the recipient would be available most of the day today and decided to call the store to see if it would be possible(and hopefully easier on them) to delivery anytime today rather then wait around tomorrow for a good time to deliver. They understood and were able to accommodate this request. Not only that, but they delivered within a couple of hours from my call — talk about quick turn-around! The recipient was also super appreciative and loved the arrangement. Thank you!

Terrible service. I ordered a small basket of fruit flowers to be delivered to a friend on their birthday. The time of the delivery was between 11am-1pm, I stressed that the delivery was a surprise and needed to be delivered before 1:30pm. As 1:15pm came around there still was no delivery, I called to ask where the delivery was and one girl told me that it was on its way, I then had to call the Birthday boy and ruin the surprise for him because he had somewhere to be by 2pm. He waited till 2:30 and the delivery(that was on its way apparently) still hasn’t shown up. I then called back, another girl then told me that the delivery was at the shop, I was angry, I asked to speak to a manager. The manager barely spoke English, was very very rude, and told me I was a liar for saying that I had called before. She did not take care of my order, instead she said she add a few more chocolate strawberries and would deliver it herself. Of course she was late to deliver the fruit arrangement and brought balloons that said«Happy Birthday Dad» instead of just«happy birthday». I will never order from them again and I’d highly recommend no one else would either, it ruined my gift to my friend.

I received a dozen chocolate strawberries for Valentine’s day. Let me preface this by saying that in the past I have had several edible arrangement fruit bouquets that were good but… This year, the strawberries were HUGE! JUICY! RIPE!(I mean, where do they GET them?) The chocolate is OMG.(I’ve made my own dipping chocolate and there is something that special they do. hmm. must. figure. out.) Anyway, I am super happy with my hubby’s pick, and with the store owner’s service. I will definitely encourage my husband to become a repeat customer! Yay, Edible Arrangements! :-)
