I had bought a laser hair removal package for my arms and underarms from the location on sand lake road. i became pregnant and put my sessions on hold. now when i went to ask about restarting, i find they have been bought out. i called the company that bought them out but they are not honouring the packages. very bad business. elase should have done something for their customers.

Such a wonderful experience at Elase. Clean environment and friendly staff. The receptionist was very patient when I called for directions. Jessica Suber is who performs my services. She is extremely professional and honest. I drive out of my way because I trust her. Simply superb.

Jessica is an amazing injector and will help you through the myriad of products and techniques available to get you the best results possible. Have been going to Jessica for years and have followed her from Tampa to Orlando to get her expert advice and touch. You will not be disappointed with the results!

Booked an appt. a week in advance, took time off work and NP did not show up. Staff couldn’t explain why, offered no apology and no alternative. Very unprofessional, will never go back.

The staffers here are friendly enough but some seam to need more training. I feel like I’m waisting my time and money because the staffers aren’t experienced in operating the machines to get maximum benefit from the therapies being performed.
How can you call yourself a Medical Spa if the person treating me is unsure about what’s going on and neglected to give treatment to the areas of concern.
If I pay for someone to work on an area of concern and the staffers assured me that it’s no problem and I should expect excellent results; then shouldn’t I expect them to work on that area?

Please if ever you consider doing any plastic surgery from this business, RUN away from this place! I did aqua lipo in 2009 and they attempted 2 times and the result was horrific! Not only I has two different doctor operate on me, they left me scars and with no results! No blood work was done when the 2^nd surgery I had to be localized! They never did a follow up aftery surgery! The 1^st surgery I had to contact them myself to know what am I suppose to do with this horrific results! Paid over $ 5000! Worst regret I ever made! If they have gone over multiple plastic surgeon then you know there is something up! In a state of Fl you can be a Spine doctor to practice plastic surgery! Horrible! I wish to sue this company!

Such great service! I purchased a Living Social deal for laser hair removal and missed the redemption period by 3 days — they still honored it and we incredibly nice about it! When I received the first treatment (it was my first time getting laser hair removal), the technician was so calm and spent loads if time explaining and going through my questions. The actual procedure didn’t really hurt — but even when it got sort of painful, the tech would take a moment and turn up the ‘cooling’ feature that made things hurt less!
The team in the Orlando office are amazing — they let me know about a possible price change for future packages so I could get in on a purchase before things changed! Every time I visited the office, I was met with smiles and genuine friendliness. I moved away before being able to attend my last session but the ladies were so nice they sent me a ‘congrats on your new job’ card in the mail!
Would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in laser hair removal to visit this great place!

This is the biggest scam business I have ever come across. After I signed up for a new membership for laser in the month of May, I was charged the regular price of $ 1,600 with 20% down. After one month a deal came on groupon for the same service in $ 77. Another service that I was interested in for a regular price of $ 4,400 was offered for $ 299 and I am told by the else staff that I am not eligible to sign up for the new deal since I am an existing member. Not even for the add on for a new service. After deliberating with the management for hours, I was told that I cannot cancel my existing contract (which was fine with me) and I cannot get any deals for future too.
This is such a rip off. Elase medical spa makes thousands of dollars from existing/​old customers to attract new customers with 92% discount. What a marketing strategy to attract new customers that pisses off old customers !!!
