Great customer service and good turn around time. Any time that I have taken my vehicle in for service, they always call me with costs before they do any work. SInce I am on a tight budget, I appreciate that very much. Good crew to work with. Give them a try, it is well worth it!!!

I don’t know how anyone can give these guys less than 5 stars. The first time I went they fixed my out tail light for free, even though I was ready to pay. The second time I went I had screwed up my alignment and then wore out my tires to almost bald. They fixed everything and set me up with new, matching tires for far less than I expected to pay. They gave me high– and low– options and didn’t try to sell me stuff I don’t need. I’m a chick, I don’t know squat about cars, I expect to be oversold and I just buy it because I’m scared, but these guys don’t do any of that. I even asked them what other regular maintenance stuff I needed and they didn’t try to sell me anything else! They mentioned some stuff I’ll need in 10,000 miles, and that’s it! Bobby drove me to work after dropping off my car, and kept in touch with me throughout the day when it looked like they weren’t going to be able to get my replacement tires that day. His guys ended up hunting down what they needed, and my car was done 2 hours earlier than estimated. My car drives like a champ!
Love these guys, now that I have a shop I trust I won’t be going anywhere else.

After getting a number of solicitations in the mail, I stopped in Saturday morning to ask if I could leave my car for an oil change. The postcards and website say Same Day Service. The grumpy man in charge said «No. I am too busy today.» Since I live not far from the shop, I asked if I could leave my car for them to just add a quart of oil since I just noticed it was too low to drive. He again said «No. Too busy.» I had no choice but to get back in my car to see if I could find a more accommodating service provider, which I did, at the local gas station, which was also very busy. Upon leaving, I told him his Unilocal ratings (not their website of course) are already low, and will be lower after I rate them for their (un)friendly neighborhood service. I am asking this company to take my name off of their mailing list. Customer service is a huge part of trust in companies that we deal with. I believe his attitude is an indication of how this particular shop views customer relations in general. My car doesn’t like that. You are new to the Lake Oswego area. If you want local business, let the locals know that you will at the very least acknowledge their presence on your lot.

Bobby and Mark Service Desk folk are professionals at what they do best, sell their repair services well, make the customer feel special. However, in my opinion I think their business service approach has changed significantly since I started doing business with them 2008. Always treated right and seems so to this day but this is not my point. Their pricing model seems has taken a significant shift from days past and based on my recent experience June 2015. «Gouging» is a term I rarely use. In the past using their Sherwood location for service, which has since closed, I knew from careful research and past experience I was getting the best value for my dollar at that time. I had my 2004 VW Passat towed early June to their Lake Oswego location. I called them in advance careful to ask if they had service history on my vehicle (yes it was told) and mentioned needing a valve cover gasket replacement and diagnosis of another problem known to cause failure to pass Oregon state DEQ. I received a call back the next day given a verbal quote to repair the no start situation and 2 other problems found. These 2 other problems had nothing to do with the no start problem or my request for a valve cover gasket replacement, as though my initial request for service was ignored. More to add later.

I have been driving past this shop for the past 6 months and wondering about it. Earlier today I decided to go in for an oil change. I thought it was going to be an expensive place, but an oil change is a little less than $ 20.00, that include the oil. the filter, the labor and a decent vehicle inspection. I dropped it off, walked to work, when I got back to pick it up. This place is convenient and affordable.

Everyone knows how hard it is to find a reliable mechanic – I have struck gold. VERY affordable oil changes, unbelievable customer service, AND open on Saturdays!

The windshield wiper motor died on my 2000 Ford Windstar… thought we would check out the place nearest to our home. I called to make an appointment and spoke to Bobby explaining the issue and inquiring about the ballpark cost but he did not want to speculate. Fair enough. I was clearly concerned about cost… this would have been a great time to tell me that we would be charged for the diagnostic but at no point in the conversation was this mentioned. my husband brought the car in. again no mention but he was asked to sign a paper. the fine print where you agree to be hosed is there in the document. We were quoted $ 386 to repair the problem. we subsequently found out the part we needed is sold at 4 different local auto stores for $ 48 – 60. Not only is the quote insane but we lost out on the $ 60 for the «advice». When I called to complain after my husband was clearly upset upon retrieving our vehicle. I was told that the state of OR allows the practice of charging up to $ 100 without the consent of the customer. So that’s my story. these guys are dirty​.beware​.no matter what mouthpiece you have hired to cleverly explain the way you do business it’s simply wrong and you just screwed over a family who’s in the financial struggle of our lives. just need to see to get to work and for my family to be safe. rain is in the forecast for the weekend… I’m beyond disgusted. the only thing they will do accurately is screw you out of your money and try to defend their dirtbag way of doing business. I’m committed to making sure friends, family and neighbors know that this place is no Braley and Graham, no Vic’s auto and no Mieneke. never been straight up deceived at any of those establishments. Shame on you Accurate Auto. for lying and for not rectifying the problem. You will lose more than 60 bucks. you will lose your professional credibility.

I brought my vehicle in to check the AC. He (Rick) told me that is would cost $ 89. I told him that all other places in town do it for free. He said the cost is for labor. I (stupidly) agreed. He then told me the estimate which I declined. 2 days later, I drove by the office (in Lake Oswego) and see a sign outside the Lake Oswego office that says «Free AC Check.» I immediately left him a voicemail expressing my dismay, concern and that I wanted my money back. I NEVER received a call back. I then called again and spoke to whoever answered the phone at the Lake Oswego office and, again, explained the situation. He was also defensive. I told him to pass on the message to Rick and I still, to this day, have NOT received a return call or a reimbursement. He totally ripped me off! I am going to turn them into the BBB.

Needed an emergency repair (water pump) on my Tahoe in order to do a trip. They completed the job quickly and I’ve had no problems since. The mechanics were knowledgable, friendly and courteous.

Great service, professional. If you are looking for a good auto repair shop I recommend you check them out.
