I don’t easily rate any business a 5 star, and happily make this rating for Dr. Laird and her team as they are exceptional. I have been seeing Dr. Laird and her hygienists for 5 plus years now and have referred many friends and family their way with confidence.
Prior to meeting Dr. Laird, I spent many years seeing the wrong dentists, canceling appointments because of the anxiety even a simple cleaning used to bring me! I’m now happy to keep up my appointments and feel confident that I’m in the care of qualified and caring professionals.
In addition, I have found that Dr. Laird is superior at articulating treatment plans when needed and offering options to assure that I’m aware of what can and should be done as well as prioritizing those needs.
Lastly, all staff that I have had the opportunity to interact with are friendly and helpful. I find myself leaving her office feeling like I have had a good energy giving experience… no one negative or lacking in professionalism here.

I have been seeing Dr. Laird and her team for the last couple of years. I have always disliked going to the dentist (actually dreaded it) and I don’t mind going now. Very personable team, a dentist who cares about her patients and makes you feel comfortable.

They greet you by name when you come in, and I’ve never had a wait time longer than a few minutes.
My experience with the hygienists has been great — gentle but effective.
The front desk people really efficient and great tracking down insurance questions.
Dr. Laird really seems to know her stuff — it’s gotta be hard to deliver any bad news about expensive but needed future treatments in a compelling way, but somehow she manages to do this, and creates good staging plans for procedures which allow one to space things out some.
Only one of my experiences has led me to question the quality of the service —
they recommended I do whitening treatment, so I did this — but they never recorded my original tooth color… so when I went in a month later for my followup appointment — they couldn’t really tell if the treatment they prescribed was even effective. In fact, for the first 15 minutes, the assistant was consulting a file of the WRONG PATIENT. Then tried to cover it up by telling me that a crown color was the same as my original tooth color, which I know was false, and suggested that I had not been doing the treatment correctly. Hopefully this was a one-​time incident, given that my general experience has been good.
It can be hard to contact them or to an appointment, given that they only work a few days a week, but if one is willing to work with that it’s generally a good group!
