By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a salon. Ashley always does an amazing job on my hair and makes sure it’s exactly what I wanted. Plus she gives the best head massages.
I’ve had a lot of bad experiences at different salons so I’m always apprehensive about trying a new one but my faith has been restored here!
Definitely check it out because you won’t be disappointed!

I made a last minute appointment with Shiela to get my hair cut and colored and I literally could not be happier that I did! I came in with an idea of what I wanted and Shiela did an even better job than I was envisioning. I am now too hair spoiled to go to anyone else!

SHANNON FISCHER at Picasso Salon has been my stylist for the past 10 years. He is amazing. Always listens, has fantastic suggestions and best of all I have a wonderful time with him. Funny, smart and very talented. He’s worked in some of the most glamorous salons in Las Vegas and southern California. He has styled some of our favorite celebrities on set in L. A and has worked with the Grimm cast locally. I’ve been getting cut and colored by him the entire 10 years and he’s kept my hair silky and stylish. Another of his talents is he is a professional make up artist. If you are lucky enough to schedule some time with him prepare yourself for a wild ride and an amazing outcome.

Shiela at Picasso knows exactly what she’s doing when it comes to hair. I came to her over a year ago, having not gone to many professional hair stylists in my life, and she used her years of knowledge to help me figure out what I wanted done with my hair. I wanted my hair trimmed and dyed blonde for the summer, a change from my normal lightish brown hair, and she picked the perfect shade of blonde for me and I couldn’t have been happier. And returning to her later in the year, she helped me yet again when I decided to have my hair dyed a soft red for Autumn. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a hair stylist with years of great knowledge and experience!

I came from out of town, was visiting my mom. Her regular stylist was not available, but I was able to get in with Amanda. She was fabulous, gave me just what I wanted, and the whole salon felt so welcoming and easy to be in — no pressure from weird salon owners, which can be an issue when they oversee their employees too often. Highly recommend this place!

Ashley is THE BEST. Not only does she give precise, flattering hair cuts and gorgeous color, but she’s incredibly personable and fun to chat with. What can be a painfully long experience (getting a cut and color) with the wrong person, turns into a fun, relaxing retreat with Ashley at Picasso. I recommend her to everyone!

Leanne Thrasher does a fabulous job with hair and color. She is very engaging and professional. Love the salon too.

I visit LeeAnne at Picasso Artistic salon every other week, varying a full-​cut and a clean-​up keeps my hair looking professional and presentable. In addition to the cut, LeeAnne also washes my hair, gives me a scalp massage and a barber wrap (a real luxury). In an age of chains, it is great having a personal relationship with my hair stylist. LeeAnne know and provides service to my entire family.

I’ve been a client of Kelly’s since she started! Her amazing attention to detail, patience and style shows every time she does my lashes. I receive so many comments on how natural they look and most people think there my own :) She comes highly recommended in my book :)

I’ve been a client of Kerry for years. .. always professional and a GREAT colorist (LOVE the scalp massages!). I’ve also am a huge fan of the lash crew. .. I get so many compliments! You don’t need to go anywhere else for great salon services!

My husband has been growing his hair out for over a year so he could donate it to wigs for kids. His hair is finally long enough so he carefully selected this salon to give him his first haircut in a very long time. Based on the reviews, he felt confident that this was a good choice and made an appointment for a Saturday so I could be there too as this is a pretty big thing for both of us. However, our day hasn’t gone as planned and we knew we would be late to our appointment so we called to let them know what was going on. The woman we spoke to said she would notify our stylist and that they’d see us when we got there.
When we arrived, there was no one at the front desk and (though they looked up) non of the stylists spoke to us so we assumed that we must have gone through the wrong door. We walked around to the other door and it was locked so we went back to the reception area and waited for someone to acknowledge us. That never happened. We seriously sat there for 30 minutes as people came and went from the front desk and NOBODY said hello or asked if they could help us. I even tried to get the attention of one of the stylists as she walked by and she completely I ignored me. I’m extremely upset with the way we were treated and we will never be back. Picasso artistic salon can shove it.

I have been going to Ashley for years. She is on top of all the latest trends and styling techniques and always has me thinking I look amazing when I leave! Her haircuts are perfection and she is always on the mark when it comes to color. She has never been afraid to brainstorm and can improve upon all my Pinterest finds!
As long as she is a stylist — I will find my way to her!

I see Perri at Picasso. She has been really great in helping me transition from a short haired bro to a long haired hippie. I’m not too saavy on hair care or styling, so her expertise on which areas grow faster and why I need those split ends trimmed has been very helpful. I don’t get it cut often since I like it long, but after I do it looks, feels, and sits so much better. Thanks Perri!

Bought a Groupon for Laser Hair removal. Had to cancel an appointment the day before my treatment but since I was within their 24 hour, no-​cancellation time period (I called about 2 hours into that window — late morning the day before my early morning appointment the following day), I lost the treatment. Later, their machine broke and they had to cancel my appointment a couple hours before. Whatever, things happen and I understand that sometime equipment doesn’t work properly.
Since I had taken the day off to for the appointment, I politely asked if they would allow me to make up the appointment that I tried to cancel and subsequesntly lost. They were extremly shocked and offened that I would ask that of them, to the point where I was uncomfortable returning to them to finish out the treatment.
The treatment was as effective as any other salon I have received a similar treatment from, and I really only had a problem with the two ladies preforming the treatment making me feel so unwelcome. A simple «no, we will not make up the treatment» would have been okay, though still moderatly frustrating considering I’d say we both inconvienced eachother at one point or another, but I was the only one who faced a consequence.
The receptionist, and all the other employees I encountered were plenty nice.

I used a living social coupon to get a highlight, cut and condition. I had a highlight in mind with pictures of both cut and highlight but walked out of the salon not looking anything like what I wanted. Mitra didn’t even consider the look that I was going for and did her own thing. I walked out with frizzer hair then I walked in with and she just covered my gray — no highlights and cut was not that great. I definitely didn’t feel great or a work of art when I left the salon. Mitra is a very nice person but I don’t think she is that great of a hair stylist.

I started coming here about two years ago because I followed Melanie, the last tech, from her previous place of employment. However, I just now started dabbling in their other services (like laser skin treatments with Angie and Botox with one of their contractors) and I’m hooked! Great service, great products, and never pushy sales (they’ll tell you if you don’t need something).
I’ve been to a LOT of skincare facilities and spas in the area, but nothing comes close to Picasso.

I was very leery going to a salon that provided both salon services and Laser treatments until I met Angie at Picasso’s. Knowing that Oregon doesn’t require estheticians to be certified to offer laser treatments inspired me to really research this type of service. Who in their right mind would allow a stranger with a laser in hand near your face? While I was asking Angie a ton of questions I notice all the certifications she had posted on her wall. It turns out that Angie also did her research and invested in state of the art equipment that she has trained on and is certified to operate. So don’t think this lady is your everyday esthetician. She is actually a very knowledgeable certified Laser Technician.
So I signed up and here is what I experienced from my 3 laser treatments. I found her to be very honest about what to expect. The cost was less than those doctor run spas and she accurately explained everything I would experience during the entire process. Which made me a lot more comfortable in choosing her. With each treatment I could feel the difference right away and I had no negative effects at all. My skin was looking better right away not to mention after a couple of weeks later when I really saw the benefits of what a laser can do. And best thing of all is I found a knowledgeable person I now trust who doesn’t try and up-​sale me treatments I don’t need. Love Picasso and the staff and highly recommend their services.

Perri Newman, at Picasso Artistic Salon, is an amazing colorist and stylist.
I have been a client of Perri’s for years, as she really knows how to create a fabulous and natural color experience for my hair:) People will often stop me and ask where I get my hair done — «Perri, of course», I say.

Amazing salon and Angie is terrific and highly qualified. If you need laser treatment, cool sculpt, etc., this is the place to go to look and feel great.

I picked up a groupon for laser hair removal. Having never done it before I was anxious. Angie made me feel relaxed and is very experienced. Its not the most comfortable thing, but she’s got a relaxing space and her personality gets you thru it, and the results are worth it.
And they do hair and nails and facials — la la la la la.

I’ve only used the hair removal services here, but I have had great experiences with it! I have to admit I was a little nervous getting laser hair removal done at a salon that is more a «salon» than a «medical spa». But I’ve found they do equally good work if not better! The customer service is phenomenal! Angie, the highly qualified laser technician, does every single treatment. She has her own separate area that is as clean and «sterile» as any of those medical spas «doctors office» looking rooms. But it also has her friendly touch to it, so you are not only getting a well done and safe treatment but are comfortable as well.
I have been very impressed with their services and plan to continue to use them! I will definitely be looking into getting hair salon services there in the future as well! If the stylists are as good at their job as Angie is at hers it will definitely be a good experience!
