Premiere Property Group

This review is for Erik Gerth, a realtor with Première Property Group. I don’t know about other realtors at their agency, but Erik is one to be avoided at all costs. He was rude, noncommittal, a terrible communicator, and made it abundantly clear our business as prospective buyers was not worth his time. When we finally got him to commit to a showing of our dream fixer house he was a no-​show and wouldn’t answer my calls, replying with a text message that suggested we go look in the house crawl space. Tenants had no idea who we were and why we were on site, and the situation could have been dangerous. Erik was unapologetic and when I told him I had never worked with someone so unprofessional and had no interest in doing business with him he wrote back simply, «ok thank you.» Wow. There are tons of realtors out there, go with any of them except Erik Gerth!
