I can’t tell you how great this office is at what they do. Literally, they make me jump up and down about their service and style they do it in. The care I have with Dr. Ruth Fischer-​Wright is the best medical care in Lake Oswego for sure — but even more so in Portland I have ever found. She is attentive, she listens and find solutions with me through a very difficult few years after healing from a surgery.
My favorite thing is the Concierge Level Care you receive at this office. Truly — they stand behind the idea that you should feel as great at a Dr’s office — as you do at a Spa. I have been to other Providence offices, they do not have the incredibly friendly and warm staff — as this office at Merchantile. They should pride themselves on that.
My Team with Dr. Ruth, from Nursing Assistants to the reception all feel like they know me, they treat me in an unrushed and friendly manner which is so great. When I can’t see Dr. Ruth her other Team Members have done a great job caring for me.
I first entered here when I was in a medical crisis — and because of their incredible care, I have never wanted to go anywhere else. When choosing a Medical Care — I will always recommend Providence, and in particular Dr. Ruth Fischer-​Wright. I am so so grateful for her great bedside manner, and her inclusion of my alternative health interests in caring for my body. She has done great follow up work with me when I had ER visits and her Team were always on it when I had sudden concerns or things go wrong after an ER visit.
I feel so totally, totally take care of by them.

Great staff that goes out of their way to help in anyway they can within a short time frame. Just for a simple request or a major crisis. They work you in to see your physician however they can. The physicians work hard for any ailment you come to them whether small or extremely important whether in a short or long time frame. They work out problems that seemed hopeless. I’m very happy with this clinic and couldn’t imagine going somewhere else.
