After living here four months the Mark is overall a nice place to call home. The staff is professional and friendly. The grounds are well maintained and colorful. The view is beautiful from both sides of the house. I have not enjoyed the pool yet, but it looks good. The clubhouse is warm and inviting you can grab coffee, snacks, justice, water etc., enjoy tv, print room and there is a restroom too. As for the important things outside of warm n fuzzy and great looks. The walls are thin. We hear the neighbors laugh, casual talk, tv, washer and dryer, toilets flush and showers. I am sure they can hear everything we go as well. You can hear the neighbor next to us front door close every time. They are not slamming it… that’s just how thin the walls are. The washer, dryer and dishwasher are old and not energy efficient. Water is shared about $ 135 per month. Electric with very limited use $ 60 per month average use with heat $ 160 per month. Windows are new, but balcony sliding door is not, needless to say heat goes out the balcony sliding door:-( The place is close and convenient for middle/high school is in walking distance. A new shopping center and restaurants are coming this summer about a 3 – 5 min walk away. The bank, doctors, orthodontist, dentist and Starbucks are 3 – 5 min walk away too. Overall great place just not great construction.

I just moved out of this place after living here for 6 months and Im glad I no longer live here. Rented a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment and had only 1 parking space. There is a parking problem and there are too many residents with little parking. There is however 4 parking spots, but those are always usually taken. This is a safe place to live, but the walls are really thin and you can hear your neighbors coughing and their TV. The handles to our kitchen and bathrooms kept coming lose and also the towel rack. Maintenance came to fix it numerous times and I just gave up and decided to just live with it. I gave this place 2 stars as opposed to 3 stars is because the leasing office Kelsey is a not very helpful, and every time I come from there I leave pissed off. Plus when I moved out I told Kelsey that I would be happy to patch the walls myself. They never left the items in my apartment to do that and had expressed with her I don’t want to be charged. So when I finally get my deposit back they charged me for patching the wall and there was another $ 60 fee for cleaning the carpet. In all my life, I have never been charged for that.

The Mark is an amazing place to live! I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone who is looking! When we were looking for apartments we found that most were outdated, expensive, and had horrible staff working for the property managements. When we found The Mark we saw that they were newly remodeled with high end fixtures and appliances, clean, quiet and within our price range. Not to mention the staff is absolutely AMAZING! Also, they put in a new gym with great machines and the clubhouse is beautiful. We are really happy living here!
