I love this place! Every time I come to this gym it is very clean and the equipment is kept up and in great condition. I love that they have TVs on their cardio equipment as well. If you are in the Lake Oswego area and looking for a gym I would highly recommend this place! Their staff is great too!

I am a new member as of this year(2012) as I was new to Lake Oswego and heard great things about Trainers Club. Since the day I walked into the door I had an amazing experience. I got offered a tour and shown around and what the club offers. I was very please with how clean, neat and friendly everyone was. I have gone to some group classes while there and have to say I really enjoyed the spin class. I will be back to try the other ones. Spa and other service, I have got a handful of massage and I have to say they have been great and are a good deal! I also added Trainers Club on my Facebook to get the updates and the latest things or there involvement with the area. I have personally enjoy coming to this gym and love the staff(always smiling) ! I would also like to thank Sean and front desk for making me feel apart of the trainers club family and making sure I have a great experience every time.

I’m not a member at Trainer’s club but I have taken the fitness classes there. They are very reasonably priced for non-members. You can get a 12-class card for $ 100.00 and use them for any one of the 16 classes they offer. I’m taking classes from Cheryl who is fantastic! She teaches Zumba and Yoga and is very knowledgeable in both genres. Her choreography for Zumba is easy to follow and infectious and fun. The yoga class which follows directly after is a Vinyasa style but she holds poses a little longer for better strength building. The yoga class has a wonderful flow and the poses blend beautifully together. She is a wonderful instructor and get this… she’s a massage therapist at the club as well! At the end of each class in final resting pose Cheryl will go from student to student and give a farewell neck and shoulder massage. Wowza! I can’t say enough positive things about Cheryl. Regarding the club itself, the facilities are spacious and plush. Coffee and tea in the lobby area in addition to great workout apparel. The locker rooms offer steam and sauna with shampoo, soaps and towels… the works! Give this place a try. I find it much more appealing than the chain fitness centers.

I’ve been a member for about 6 years, so obviously there is something I like about it. It is a small, unaffiliated gym. But that is it’s advantage. There is lots of one-to-one attention, friendliness of staff, and you get to know the people that work out at the same time as you do. There are an adequate number of cardio machines(never had to wait), weight machines, and free weights. It has a large group exercise room and about 5 «training stations», which are where I do my stretch and balance work. They have lots of balls, balancing discs, and bosus(about 10 times more than a 24-hour Fitness, which is odd considering how much more clientele 24-hour has. But again, that’s Trainer’s benefit — room and equipment to do functional workouts, rather than machine workout. There is a high percentage of members that work with trainers, hence the focus on functional training. Every time I go to a 24-hour fitness(generally when I’m traveling, but sometimes here in PDX because I live 10 miles from Trainer’s Club(close to work)), I am constantly reminded of why I like the Trainer’s club. I can actually get a workout done without a lot of waiting around. Super lux locker room.
