Excellent service! Workers were thorough and very friendly. We rented seadoos and did the fly board which were both awesome! Highly recommend going here first. They did not have an available boat on the day we wanted one so we had to get it elsewhere. Unfortunately, service and friendliness at this place were no comparison.

I’m a regular to the Lake, and I have used Iguana for a few different services over the course of my(frequent!) visits. Overall, I have to say, I am seriously impressed with the wide variety of what they offer down here — and my rental experiences have been nothing short of excellent. Their customer service was seamless and friendly from rental inquiry to boat return and their boats are not only new, clean and well-kept, but also really intuitive to learn/drive. I had heard that Iguana recently went through some management changes, so I am guessing this may be why the previous reviews were lower? Regardless, I know that every experience with them has been easy and convenient — plus we had a fabulous time!

This place was awesome! We rented on a Saturday in August. Right during all the hustle and bustle. The staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. They explained exactly what the were doing and what we needed to do. The saftey video, quiz on what we learned before we headed out, very professional. Now for the Waverunners, what can I say? They were amazing! We rented two and both were in awesome shape for being rentals. Had compartments and all that. Forward and reverse. Thanks again Iguana Watersports! See ya next summer

We rented from Iguana, who has several locations around the lake, for a pontoon boat rental. We did our pickup from the Sunset Drive location. The young men and women running the rental situation were very friendly and knowledgeable. However, the pontoon boat we rented was in rough shape. They said it was a 2009 model with a 2010 engine, but we had many problems and eventually had to exchange for a different boat after day 1 of our two-day rental. On our first boat, all of the seats had rips and the boat had a panel from the front left bumper missing. The speedometer didn’t work and the button on the throttle did not raise/lower the engine. Eventually, the front left panel of the boat(from where the bumper was missing) was coming loose and funneling water into the boat. When we would catch a wave on the lake, it would splash water in on our passengers. At first it was a novelty, but eventually the panel was working itself more and more loose and bringing in more water. Eventually, we returned to their dock to have that repaired. As we left the cove and began to steam away, now the engine was dying on us. We got towed back into port and exchanged boats. Credit again to the personnel for responding quickly and getting us towed back in. We did a damage walkthrough and video before taking the boat out to record the condition, so we weren’t on the hook for these things, but it was pretty clear by the end of our first day that this boat wasn’t really in shape to be out there right now. Our second boat was in much better shape and we had a good time. Both boats were the same model. Neither had cupholders(on a pontoon boat!) or compartments other than under the seat to store things(i.e., no glovebox). We didn’t have a table either. I don’t know how Iguana rental fees compare to the others around the lake, but I noticed another rental company had much newer pontoons with more amenities and in much better condition. I would look to them next time.
