There I was and could not check in on Unilocal... standing in the store. .. because I was too far away.
Figure it out, Unilocal!
What an amazing dream store. Purses, clutches, wristlets, shoes, scarves, mittens, hats (many felt), clothes, jewelry of all kinds, watches — all organized by color.
Wake up. .. you’re at Charming Charlie.
I am not a shopper. I spent more time in this store than I EVER have in my whole life in any other store.
My sisters and I scoured the entire store from turquoise to navy to orange to scarlet to black to brown to shiny.
Fabulous offerings of all kinds, including Halloween scarves and earrings. Jewelry holders — some massive, some modest.
And they had a clearance section of 2/​$ 5 of earrings, other jewelry and scarves.
Most of the labels I read said: «Made in China.»
I tried on a lot of hats, most of which looked deliriously lovely. And there were many felt hats, which are always so warm. But I have three. No need for more.
Lovely sales personnel asking if we needed assistance and when I seemed to be walking around with too much stuff in my arms, a sales associate brought me a basket. Of course, that means I’ll buy more.
I required major restraint and, in fact, emptied ¾ of my basket before check-​out and bought just one thing — a beautiful scarf. And it’s a special gift. .. for someone special.
