I should have listened to my gut when I called to make an appt for my son. They were quick to point out that they didn’t deal with my insurance a lot and seemed to try to persuade me to use my other insurance instead. When I got in there, it was obvious that they felt it was a hassle and then they seemed to be annoyed that they had to call the ins co. They asked about dialating my son’s eyes and tried to upsell a $ 39 test. There was a lot of miscommunication and it made for a very uncomfortable situation. The Dr that was in there doesn’t do dialations and they wanted me to come back on a different day for that. Very different than other offices we have been in. They did end up doing the $ 39 test for free because of all of the communication issues.
