I purchase baby clothes from Goodwill often. The price of clothes from birth to 24 months is $ 1.00. Larger sizes are $ 2.00. Everytime I have this one particular cashier, she does NOT check the size and overcharges me. When I bring this to her attention, she always says«Well, it LOOKED larger». All that is required is that they check the size in the neck of the garment to determine its size. I know that complaining about $ 1.00 seems trivial, but when I purchase clothes there and donate to a crisis nursery, I could get«double» the amount for the price she is charging me. This cashier has an attitude and never acknowledges that she made an error. Goodwill should give better training.

I’ve only been inside this store once but have dropped off items numerous times. My last visit was appalling. The drop off area was busy and while the young men were friendly their handling of donations was terrible. The car in front of me donated a lamp, the guy DUMPED it in a box marked Rolla. He then took my items and dropped them in on top. The carelessness and blatant disregard was awful. I should have thrown my items away only because no telling what was dropped on top of those. I feel sorry for the person in Rolla who will have to clean this box out and only hope for no shattered glass or cut hands. I’m not sure I’ll be taking any more items there.
