New Life Dental Arts

I have to be one of the world’s biggest skeptics of going to the dentist. It probably doesn’t help when someone tells you that you have 8 new cavities AFTER you just had 3 filled on your last visit. Needless to say, I would rather go without seeing the dentist then go to one I have any doubts about.
Amy and her staff are SOOO friendly, personable and down to earth! The dentist is in a new and modern setting, gorgeous waiting room comfy chairs, and even have a keurig for fresh coffee, tea etc while you’re waiting– which to add, I’ve always arrived about 5 – 10 minutes prior to my appointment and they’ve taken be back to the chair as soon as I check in, literally.
I can’t remember the name of the girl that has done my cleaning (blonde gal) but she is really personable and does a great job, very informative about what I can improve on without talking down to me as a patient (Yes, I have had the hygienist do that at other clinics in the past). Even has given me numbing gel to help with the pain from cleaning as yes, I have been lousy and really brushing my gums.
Amy is friendly and down to earth, she even confirmed that (prior to my old dentist saying I had 8 cavities) that I had NO cavities. During my second visit, she told me I had a tooth that was softer and may or may not be a cavity, but she would check on the progress of it on my next visit. I feel like her friendly personality, the way she keeps her location up to date and the incredible staff she has working for her makes her a great professional who obviously loves what she does and I am so happy we have found an amazing local dentist!
Also with new patients they get free teeth whitening as long as you have your appointments every 6 months. So worth it and a great perk on top of an honest dentist.

Had a bonding that decided it was time to leave the nest and I was stuck looking like a retired boxer. Either way Amy was able to squeeze me into her busy schedule and before long I had a temporary bond and am undergoing the process for a veneer. So far my process has been painless (mainly:p) and fast! Great experience and I’ll update as my tooth is finished!

Very nice surprise when I checked my mail box today to find a «thank you for your business» hand written card from Dr. Amy. WOW. That was very nice and will be remembered. Little things like that is how businesses keep customers.
