Pleasantly surprised by efficient and kind service. Stopped for a cup on the way back from hiking. Four stars because still Starbucks coffee (not the best, definitely not the worst).

Although everyone is super friendly and the inside is nice, the drive thru is sooooooo slow! One car or ten, you’re still waiting there for at least 10 minutes. Not a great place to go when in a hurry.

I am a living Starbucks Junkie and have gone to this location on a regular basis over the past 2 ½ years. Their new (er) location is super convenient with the drive thru (Although does get back up sometimes) And a very busy location, but nonetheless, a big location, always clean, well stocked with merchandise and pastries etc. Out of the 2 ½ years I’ve been coming here, they’ve only messed up my drink once, and were able to fix it right away.
Staff are all very friendly. I’ve gone in the store before where there’s about 12 beverages ahead of me, and those barista’s seriously work their tails off to get drinks out in a timely matter. Coffee always tastes great, would highly recommend this location :)

So my friends and I came here for some late night coffee and luckily this location was open late enough to hang out for a bit (10 pm) closing time. The drinks were all spot on, I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and some locations can get the drink wrong but I was pretty satisfied! They forgot to make one of my friends drinks and rushed it without us asking and also gave her a gift card for the wait! Their customer service is amazing and as I said in my last review the remodel makes this Starbucks look so inviting.

Furniture (couches) need to be renewed though. Some of the wall plug-​ins are kinda loose.
Pretty hip, for the most part & they expanded.
*One of the only late night spots in Lake Stevens (if 11pm is considered late? Lol)

Thank god for the remodel. This place has completely changed from what it was– which was a small, loud place I would not want to spend more than 6 minutes.
Post-​remodel– it’s a place to spend time, enjoy a book, chill with a friend, fire up a laptop and have a internet party. I dig the dark wood interior, nice chairs, tables. It’s a great Starbucks.
Service is worthy of the Sbux name.

I love this place. they remolded the store a few years ago and added a drive thru! it’s very spacious and modern! Amazing customer service. It’s a great Starbucks!
