I realize it’s a bit unusual to review a law firm on Unilocal,and likely even more unusual to write a glowing review about a law firm on Unilocal,but I’m not going to let that stop me. I’ve been working with this firm to purchase my first home and believe me when I tell you that I couldn’t have done it without them.
From the start, my attempt to purchase an apartment in New York City has been anything but easy. It’s been one of those «whatever can possibly go wrong will go wrong» experiences. Lucky for me, this firm had been highly recommended so I started off with them on my side.
The partners that have been working on my contract and purchase have gone above and beyond my wildest dreams of what real estate lawyers traditionally assist with. They’re available whenever I need them, they respond to phone calls and email almost immediately, they patiently explain things I don’t understand and they have answers to all of my questions. Best of all, they’re all genuinely nice people and I’ve never doubted that they are looking out for my best interests.
Honestly, I can’t say enough good things. If you are need to hire a real estate lawyer then look no further than Lynn Okin and Glen Edelman.
