Mainline was very prompt and courteous. John answered the phone immediately, and a service call was made the same day I called. After his inspection of the pump, he called me immediately to say that it was working fine and did not need to be replaced.
I would recommend John and Mainline Sewer and Septic because he was not trying to sell me an expensive new system when the existing one was working.
