Many issues with this company. The first was with my appointment. I was called a few days later to say it needed to be cancelled as doctor would not be in that location on that day. I rebooked for another day. A couple of days later I then got ANOTHER phone call confirming my first appointment time. I had to call them and it turns out that doctor was going to be there so I rearranged my schedule again to now go to the originally planned time. Well I arrived on the day and there was no botox. They had not got delivery yet. I waited two hours as it was 45 minutes from my home and I didn’t want to have to drive back again. The botox didn’t come so I had to book a second appointment. This next appontment was for 9 am but nobdody arrived to office until 9:10 so I was outside waiting outside with other customers. Seriously, have staff there if your going to book an appointment for a customer.
I bought 40 units. I had just the very top of my forehead done plus 11’s, and crowsfeet. The doctor did not say it wasn’t going to be enough. My crowsfeet did not go away but were just softened. Doctor would not touch up unless I paid additional 100 dollars. I have never been anywhere that would not do a small touchup of area if it didn’t work properly. Have done 40 units probably 10 times in the past and it’s usually enough. Twice I needed a touchup and it was done free of charge. Is it crappy botox? Is it not so great product placement? Who knows. Overall a not so great place to go and I don’t recommend.

I bought a Groupon for 40 units of Botox I went for the first time, The Botox didn’t work… I went back a second time for a top up and it still never worked very disappointed ! Waste of money.

I went in for botox and I was a little scared because I’ve had a few bad experiences with botox in South Florida. Dr. Barbour is fabulous. Her recommendations were exactly what I needed. I felt so comfortable with her that I had no anxiety at all. Botox doesn’t hurt much but it’s also not pleasant. She did an incredible job of making the injections as comfortable as possible. I am so happy with the results that I will recommend her to all of my friends and I will absolutely be back in the future. Thank you, Dr. Barbour! I look great!

The waiting room is like a clinic, very badly in need of TLC as is the rest of the office. The bathroom is in an exam room! It is always crowded, the majority of patients being senior citizens but the wait was not as long as it appeared because there is more than one provider in the office. The first time I went there I thought I was in the wrong office. The staff are friendly but not always as knowledgeable as they could be. Having said that, once I got to see Dr Barbour, my impression went up several notches. Dr. Barbour is very nice, smart and takes time with her patients, answering all questions pleasantly and clearly. I believe their equipment is up to date but its hard to tell because of the condition of the office. Dr. Barbour and professional staff are great… just update the office please!

Worst doctor office experience I have have ever had. 2 hour wait time and staff had no idea how transfer calls and use the computers. (System was down). Staff was incredible rude to all the old people. And doctors seems to be more preoccupied with busy work then a full wait room. I’m sorry if you have to come here because of your insurance but you should avoid at all cost.

Dr. Barbour is a great doctor. Very attentive of patient care and truly invests time into getting to know and solving medical eye problems. Me and my family have been seeing her for years and recommend her to everyone. Thanks!
