Very thorough! Explanations of everything detected in the inspection was clearly outlined and explained in detail. I liked how they took me around the house and showed me all the areas they were putting in the inspection. In addition, they were able to answer all of my questions!

I have worked with a variety of inspectors over the years, but HomeTeam is the best. Ed and his team are prompt, patient, and extremely thorough. I have used HomeTeam’s services for investment properties and their inspection reports are descriptive and include detailed photos that allow myself and my team(insurers, contractors, lenders) to accurately determine a project’s viability. I can’t say enough positive things about Ed and the HomeTeam Inspection Services team.

We chose Hometeam based on them sending out 2 people to do the inspection. The first for most of the home and the second for HVAC inspection. This did not happen. After waiting for the HVAC inspector we were told that there was a miscommunication and he will not be coming. This caused the inspection to run 2 hours past what we were told. I understand that sometimes these things happen so I wasn’t too upset about it, but that’s not the end. When we were finally finished I was told I would have the inspection Tuesday afternoon and that it would be emailed to me. When I had not seen it by Thursday afternoon I called the office to find out where it was. I was told by Katie that she wasn’t sure why it didn’t go out but they were probably just trying to do too many things at one time.(Made me feel very respected as a customer). She said she would email it right then and I should see it in a minute. The email came and when I clicked on the link to access the inspection it asked for my credit card. That would normally be fine except I had already paid on the day of the inspection. So at this point I had to call again to get a copy of the home inspection. So in short the inspection ran long, I waited 2 days longer than I was told, and I had to call twice to get a copy. There are a ton of these guys out there. I would strongly recommended finding someone else.
